Introduction
Thank you for purchasing and using the Adexa Electric Grill. To ensure optimal use of the product and minimize potential loss or damage, please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
General Warnings
- ⚠️ WARNING: The appliance is not suitable for individuals with physical, sensory, or mental defects, or those lacking operating knowledge or experience (including children).
- Any refitting, incorrect installation, adjustment, or maintenance can lead to property loss and casualty. Contact the supplier for any adjustments or maintenance; these operations must be performed by authorized professionals.
- Do not place flammable liquids, gases, or other flammable objects near the appliance for safety.
- Ensure the voltage used corresponds to the voltage stated on the nameplate.
- Never use hard or sharp materials to scrape the surface of the body or the heating element.

B. Installation
- Electrical installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. The ground connection must be fixed firmly to prevent accidental loosening.
- The appliance should be positioned stably.
- The supply voltage must match the appliance's operating voltage. A general on/off switch in the main line should be installed, and a leakage protective switch is recommended.
- The equipotential terminal should be connected with a copper cable of at least 2.5 mm² under the relative regulation.
Warning!
- If the appliance is placed near walls, clapboards, other kitchen equipment, or decorative boards, these neighboring objects should be made from non-flammable materials. Otherwise, the appliance must be separated from these objects using non-flammable and insulation materials.
- The equipotential terminal [ground symbol] should be connected according to the relative regulation.
C. Instruction for Operation
- Before use, ensure the supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the appliance and the ground connection is correct and fastened.
- If an abnormal situation occurs during use, stop the appliance immediately and cut off the electric power.
- When connected to power:
- Control Knob Position 1: The green power indicator light is on.
- Control Knob Position 2: The orange working indicator light is on, and the heating element is working. The power output increases with the rotation degree. When the required temperature is reached, heating automatically stops (orange indicator extinguishes). When the grill temperature drops, heating resumes automatically (orange indicator lights up). This cycle maintains the desired grill temperature.
- Control Knob Position 3: The heating element works continuously.
- Rotating the knob to the "O" position stops the appliance. Anti-clockwise rotation reverses the knob's function.
- The user can set the temperature according to different types of food.
- After finishing work, turn the knob to Control Knob Position 1, unplug the appliance, and then cut off the power supply.
D. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintaining the equipment to prevent electric shock accidents.
- Before cleaning or maintaining the appliance, allow it to cool down completely.
- Do not use wet towels with non-corrosive cleansers. Direct washing with water is prohibited to prevent damage to electric components.
Warning!
Never use a water hose or pressurized steam cleaning equipment to clean this appliance.
E. Troubleshooting
Before performing any maintenance, unplug the appliance and ensure the power is cut off.
