Main Specialty
The HY300 series knead flour-pressing machine is a primary piece of equipment for noodle processing. It is mainly used for various crisp and tough dough pressing applications. The face thickness can be adjusted within a certain range. It kneads dough by pressing, resulting in leavened, white, and sweet-tasting food. This machine is widely applicable in unit dining rooms, restaurants, hotels, and pasta processing units, making it an ideal component for a production line.

Operation and Notes
- Before using the machine, ensure it is reliably grounded.
- Ensure the roll is clean, in gear, and the chain place has added lubricant.
- Start the flour-pressing machine, then turn the handle to the desired distance.
Maintenance and Matters Needing Attention
- Lubrication is crucial for the service life of the machine. Ensure proper lubrication of the chain every week.
- When the roll speed is slow (pressure surface can be slowed down on the left), examine the V-belt shield for common firmness and wear, and adjust or replace it in a timely manner.
- After each use, ensure food hygiene by cleaning the machine thoroughly. Do not use sharp objects to clean the roll surface, nor use a spray pipe for flushing.
- If the machine is to be discontinued for a long time, apply oil to the two small roll surfaces to prevent rust.
- If the machine makes an abnormal sound during operation, stop it immediately, check for issues, troubleshoot, and then continue use.
Transportation and Storage
- During transportation, avoid keeping the goods upright, leaning, or inverted to prevent damage that could affect usage.
- When storing the product for extended periods, keep it in a dry, non-corrosive gas environment. Avoid contact with corrosive substances to prevent product damage.
