Operation and Notes

  2. Ensure the roll is clean, in gear, and the chain place has added lubricant.
  3. Start the flour-pressing machine, then turn the handle to the desired distance.

  2. When the roll speed is slow (pressure surface can be slowed down on the left), examine the V-belt shield for common firmness and wear, and adjust or replace it in a timely manner.
  3. After each use, ensure food hygiene by cleaning the machine thoroughly. Do not use sharp objects to clean the roll surface, nor use a spray pipe for flushing.
  4. If the machine is to be discontinued for a long time, apply oil to the two small roll surfaces to prevent rust.
  5. If the machine makes an abnormal sound during operation, stop it immediately, check for issues, troubleshoot, and then continue use.

Transportation and Storage

  1. During transportation, avoid keeping the goods upright, leaning, or inverted to prevent damage that could affect usage.
  2. When storing the product for extended periods, keep it in a dry, non-corrosive gas environment. Avoid contact with corrosive substances to prevent product damage.
