Important Safety Precautions
- Please read all instructions carefully before using the product.
- When cleaning the display, unplug the power cord. Wipe the display with a soft wet cloth instead of liquid or spray cleaner. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as this may be dangerous.
- When unplugging the power cord or adapter, hold the plug firmly and do not pull the cord directly.
- Do not place the display near water (e.g., bathtub, sink, washing machine) or on wet ground, or near a swimming pool. Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- The grooves and holes on the shell are for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block them by placing the display on beds, sofas, or carpets. Avoid placing the display near radiators or heaters, or in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
- Only use the power supply type indicated on the nameplate. Consult your dealer or local power administration if you have doubts.
- For safety, if the display or adapter uses a three-prong plug, ensure it is connected to a properly grounded socket. Contact an electrician to replace the socket if necessary.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Refer repairs to qualified maintenance personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified maintenance personnel if: the power cord or plug is damaged, the display has been dropped, or any abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
- The storage temperature for the display should be between -10°C to 60°C to prevent permanent damage.
1. Product Introduction
1.1 Overview
The KTC G27P6 features a 27-inch LG Display OLED panel, delivering a 2K resolution and a 240Hz high refresh rate for exceptional visual performance.

2. Installation and Connection
2.1 Display Installation
Installation Guide:
- Install the display near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use suitable wall mount brackets or the provided base for safety.
- Place the display on a smooth horizontal plane or fix it on a firm wall to prevent injury. Wall installation should be performed by professional technicians.
- Avoid placing the display where it may be subject to mechanical vibration or where insects may enter.
- Do not place the display directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation on the internal panel, which may lead to faults.
- Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic fields, as they can interfere with and damage the display.
Ventilation Requirements:
Ensure adequate space around the display for ventilation, as illustrated in the diagrams. Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell. Avoid placing the display in confined spaces like cabinets unless proper ventilation is ensured.
Diagrams show recommended spacing for wall mounting (10cm sides, 30cm top/bottom) and base installation (10cm sides, 7cm back).
2.2 Signal Cable Connection
Connect the HDMI or DP signal cable from your PC's output port to the corresponding input port on the display.
2.3 Headset Connection
Connecting a headset will enable audio output through the display's speakers or headphones.
2.4 USB Connection
Use the USB 3.0 Type-B cable to connect the display's USB uplink port to a USB port on your PC. Alternatively, use the Type-C cable to connect the display's Type-C port to a USB port on your PC. Utilize the joystick to switch ports for KVM functionality and enable USB data transmission.

3. Display Operation
The joystick is located on the back of the display. Its position and surrounding frame style may vary across models.

3.1 Power Indicator
The blue indicator signifies proper display functioning. A red flashing indicator means there is no signal. In energy-saving mode, the display will resume normal operation when a signal is present. The display remains powered on in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.

3.3 Safety Protection
If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable synchronization signals to protect itself. In such cases, adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.
4. Simple Problems Disposal
| Symptoms | Disposal Methods |
|---|---|
| 1. Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check power supply connection to the display and socket. Ensure the display is turned off. |
| 2. Blurred, too large, or too small images | Navigate to "Image Settings" > "Image Auto Adjust" (VGA only) for automatic correction. |
| 3. Dark screen | Adjust "Brightness & Contrast" settings. |
| 4. Display overheating | Ensure at least 5cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
| 5. Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal due to temperature differences. The backlight will emit even light after approximately 20 minutes. |
| 6. Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check computer configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
| 7. Noisy signal when powered off | This may occur due to normal discharge during power-off. |
