This document provides instructions for installing and using the JONSBO TF3-360 Series 360mm All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler.

Intel CPU Cooler Installation
This section details the installation process for Intel CPUs.
Step 1: Disassemble the cold head display screen
Diagram shows the pump/block unit being separated from its display screen component (J).
Step 2: Remove protection film and apply thermal paste
Diagram shows removing a protective film from the pump block and applying thermal paste (D). A warning symbol ⚠️ indicates to remove the film before installation.
Step 3: Install Intel LGA 115X/1200/1700/1851
Diagram shows mounting the Intel backplate (A) and using screws (E, G) to attach the pump block to an LGA 115X/1200/1700/1851 motherboard.
Step 4: Install Intel LGA 2011
Diagram shows mounting the pump block to an LGA 2011 motherboard using screw studs (H) and bracket (B).
Step 5: Install screen components
Diagram shows attaching the screen component (J) to the pump block.
Step 6: Connect cables
Diagram illustrates connecting the cooler's USB cable to the motherboard's USB 2.0 header, the 4-pin power to the AIO/PUMP header, the fan PWM to the CPU_FAN header, and the 5V ARGB to the motherboard's ARGB header.
The monitor USB port connects to the motherboard's USB 2.0 socket.
The 4-pin power interface on the cold head connects to the AIO/PUMP socket on the motherboard.
The fan PWM pin connects to the motherboard's CPU_FAN pin.
Connect the 5V ARGB pin to the corresponding 5V ARGB pin on the motherboard.
Step 7: Secure the fans and radiator
Diagram shows mounting the radiator and fans to a PC case using screws (I).
AMD CPU Cooler Installation
This section details the installation process for AMD CPUs.
Step 1: Disassemble the cold head display screen

Step 3: Remove the original buckle

Step 4: Install AM4/AM5
Diagram shows installing the AMD mounting brackets (C, E, F) onto an AM4/AM5 motherboard.
Step 5: Install screen components
Diagram shows attaching the screen component (J) to the pump block.
Step 6: Connect cables
Diagram illustrates connecting the cooler's USB cable to the motherboard's USB 2.0 header, the 4-pin power to the AIO/PUMP header, the fan PWM to the CPU_FAN header, and the 5V ARGB to the motherboard's ARGB header.
