Share this code via SMS, E-Mail, IM, or phone call. Once your friends add the code in their Frameo app, they will appear on your frame and can send you photos. Refer to the "Change options for a friend" section to manage friend permissions.

Automatic Backup

If checked, your frame will automatically back up within 30 hours of receiving new photos or making changes.

Restore from Backup

Before restoring, confirm your backup is up-to-date by checking the date under "Backup frame to external storage". If the last backup is too old or no backup exists, press the "Backup frame to external storage" button to create a new one.

Note: To keep both the old and new frames operational simultaneously after restoring, ensure both frames are updated to the latest version beforehand.

If you wish to restore a backup on an already set-up frame, you must first reset the frame by pressing the "Reset frame" button. This deletes all data and returns the Frameo to its setup screen. On the setup screen, select "Restore from backup". If the "Restore from backup" button is not visible, confirm that the external storage (e.g., microSD card) is correctly mounted.

Reset Frame

Removes all data from your frame, including photos, friends/connections, and settings.
