Introduction
This document provides essential information for the setup and maintenance of the Happy & Polly Ghost Drinking Cat Water Fountain. Designed to encourage hydration in cats, this fountain offers a convenient and engaging way for pets to drink water.
Safety First
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances. Ensure close supervision when children are present. Keep the power cord and plug away from water. This product is intended for indoor household use only. Do not operate the fountain dry. For cord safety, consider using a cord conduit.
Components
Before assembly, please identify and sort all components:
- A Detachable Pump
- B Carbon Filter
- C Filter Box
- D Fountain With Detachable Lid
Assembly Instructions
- Detach the pump.
- Insert the carbon filter into the filter box.
- Recover the pump.
- Assemble the pump and filter box, ensuring the long side of the filter connects to the sucker.
- Thread the USB cable through the fountain and plug it into the regulator.
- Adjust the plug's position for optimal fit.
- Ensure the fountain is sealed tightly with the rubber plug.
- Place the assembled components in the middle of the fountain.
- Adjust the cable as needed.
Care and Maintenance
For first-time use, rinse the filter box for 2 minutes to remove any impurities. Clean the water fountain every 7 days. It is recommended to replace the filter box monthly for optimal filtering performance. Use only Happy & Polly authorized replacement filters to maintain warranty coverage.
