Choosing the right pillow can be challenging, and understanding your sleep habits takes time. IKEA offers a 100-day sleep trial for ergonomic pillows to help you find the perfect fit for your sleep quality.
During the 100-day trial period, you are welcome to return your pillow for an exchange or refund. Bring your pillow and receipt to the customer service desk at the IKEA store where you made the purchase. For online purchases, customers can visit the nearest store (excluding city stores and pick-up points) to process the exchange or refund.
Trial Details and Terms
- The 100-day pillow trial applies to the following ergonomic pillow series: LÖKSTAMFLY, ROSENSKÄRM, BJÖRKPYROLA, KLUBBSPORRE, HÅRGÄNGEL, KVARNVEN, HIRSSTARR, RAMSLÖKSMAL, NORDSTÅLÖRT, HAGTORNSFLY, and ISRANUNKEL.
- The BRUKSVARA and PAPEGOJBUSKE series are excluded from this trial.
- Refunds are limited to the original purchase price and do not include shipping or other service fees.
- You may exchange your pillow for another model once during the 100-day trial period, which begins on the date of the original purchase.
- This sleep trial is not applicable to AS-IS items.
- Please be reminded that for ergonomic pillow models, exchange or refund requests will not be accepted if there are signs of damage or stains caused by human factors.
- When exchanging a pillow, customers must select and pay in full for another series of pillows before the original pillow purchase amount can be refunded by the customer service desk.
