MW24 Microwave Oven Wiring Diagrams and Schematics
This document provides detailed wiring diagrams and schematics for the MW24 Microwave Oven, specifically for models manufactured prior to Serial Number 1200154.
MW24 Pictoral Wire Diagram
Note: Prior to Serial Number 1200154
This diagram illustrates the physical wiring layout.
The POWER SUPPLY CORD (120V 60Hz) connects via CN-F (BLK 2, RED 3, WHT 1) and CN-C to the CONTROL PANEL (LSI UNIT). It also connects to the POWER UNIT.
The CONTROL PANEL (LSI UNIT) is connected to the DOOR SENSING SWITCH (COM, N.O., PNK, GRN).
The POWER UNIT contains components like RY2 (PRIMARY INTERLOCK RELAY), CN-A, CN-B, OVEN LAMP AND SOCKET (ORG, BLU), FAN MOTOR, MAGNETRON, HIGH VOLTAGE COMPONENTS, TURNTABLE MOTOR, MONITOR SWITCH, MONITOR FUSE & HOLDER, and SECONDARY INTERLOCK SWITCH.
Connections to the Oven cavity are made with GRN wires.
Notes:
- The grounding conductor of the power supply cord has been grounded by the power supply cord fixing screw. This screw must always be kept tight.
- The neutral (WHT/GRY) wire must be connected to the terminal with the "N" mark on the power supply cord.
- The hot (ORG) wire must be connected to the terminal with a blue mark on the oven light socket.
Key Components Identified:
- AH SENSOR
- CAVITY TEMP. FUSE
- MAGNETRON TEMP. FUSE
- HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITOR
- POWER TRANSFORMER
- H.V. RECTIFIER
