Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Peiko Translator TR-box01. This product is a powerful translation device designed to help you communicate more effectively in a foreign language. Simply connect the Tr-box to your mobile phone and set the translation mode and language via the Byteengine Translator APP to begin using your Peiko Trbox translator.
This guide introduces the hardware specifications of the translator. For specific usage of the translation function, please refer to the other manual provided with the translator.
Product Overview
The Peiko Translator TR-box01 is a compact and intelligent device that facilitates real-time translation. It features a user-friendly interface with dedicated buttons for translation, volume control, and power/mode selection.
Device Layout:
- Speaker Grille: Located at the top.
- Translation Indicator Lights: Near the speaker grille.

Connection Status Indicator
The connection indicator is crucial for confirming the device's operational status:
- No Light: The unit is off.
- Fast Flash Green: The Byteengine Translator app is not connected, and the translation function is not ready.
- Solid Green Light: The Byteengine Translator app is connected and ready for translation.
A solid green light indicates that the Trbox01 has successfully established an automatic connection with the Byteengine Translator app after selecting the translation mode and running the app in the background.
Checking Battery Level
To check the current battery level:
- Long press the Volume + button.
The indicator lights will show the battery status:
- Green Light: 75% of the battery
- Yellow Light: 50% of the battery
- Red Light: 25% of the battery
Connecting Bluetooth Device
To connect your Peiko Translator TR-box01 to your mobile phone:
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select 'Available Devices'.
- Look for 'Tr box01' in the list. Note: Do not select the 'UISLW' Bluetooth option.
- If 'Tr box01' is not found, tap 'Scan' to search for Bluetooth devices again.
- Tap on 'Tr box01' in the list to connect your device. Your device should now be connected.
After connection, 'Tr box01' will appear under 'Paired Devices'.
The 'UISLW' Bluetooth link does not require manual connection; it will automatically establish a connection with the Byteengine Translator APP.
To use the translator:
- Download the Byteengine Translator APP from Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the APP and wait for it to automatically connect with the Trbox.
- Once connected, select your desired translation mode and language within the app.

Product Warranty
Your new Peiko devices come with a one-year limited warranty. Peiko Science and Technology Co.Ltd will repair or replace this product if, due to defective parts, it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This warranty is extended to the original consumer only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it is not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or reinstallation, neglect, accident, or tampering. In no event shall Peiko Science and Technology Co.Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if Peiko Science and Technology Co.Ltd has been advised of the possibility thereof. Peiko Science and Technology Co.Ltd's refund for customers, if any, shall in no event exceed the total purchase price of the item. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, sections of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding on Peiko Science and Technology Co.Ltd.
