Product Introduction

This section provides an overview of the HPRT MT610 mobile printer, including its front and rear views, and accessories.

Install the Print Paper

  1. Open the top cover: Pull the cover-opening button up and open the top cover.
  2. Adjust Separator: Pull the Separator and adjust it according to the paper width.
  3. Put in the printing paper: Place the thermal paper face up into the paper inlet. The paper will feed automatically.
  4. Close the top cover: Ensure the top cover is securely closed.

Note: Please use HPRT official thermal paper for the best printing experience. The print side is the thermosensitive layer.

Power On

  1. Power on: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.

To turn off the printer, also press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone

  1. Download App: Scan the QR code to download the HPRT App.
  2. Connect with the printer: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the App, tap "Connect printer", and select "MT610-xxxx" to connect.
  3. Print: Open the document you wish to print, and copy/share it to the App. Alternatively, select document printing from the App's home page. Adjust in the print preview and tap the print icon in the top right corner.

Note: App operations are subject to the latest version.

Printing from PC

  1. Connect one end of the USB cable to the PC and the other end to the printer.
  2. Turn on the printer.
  3. Download the printer driver from the official website: https://www.hprt.com/HPRT-MT610 and install it on your PC.
  4. Choose the document you want to print from your PC and print it using the "HPRT MT610" printer.

Battery Charging

When the battery is low, the operational status LED will flash red quickly. Please use the matching USB cable to charge the printer promptly. Continued printing with a low battery may cause the printer to shut down automatically.

LED Indicator Definitions

1. Error Status

Status LED Indicator
Voltage/Battery is too low Red LED flashes rapidly
Print head temperature is too high Red LED flashes rapidly
Abnormal paper loading Red LED flashes slowly
Out of paper/paper jam/Printer cover is not closed Red LED is lighting

2. Printer Status

Status LED Indicator
Printing White LED flashes slowly
Firmware is updating Alternating red, green and blue lights indicator is flashing

3. Connection Status

Status LED Indicator
In Bluetooth connection White LED is lighting
Bluetooth data receiving White LED flashes rapidly
In USB connection Green LED is lighting
USB data receiving Green LED flashes rapidly
No connection currently Blue LED is lighting

4. Charging Status

Status LED Indicator
Battery charging (on/off) Green LED flashes slowly
Battery charging (printing) White LED flashes slowly
Full charge on boot Display based on connection status
Full charge on shutdown Light off
