Accessories

Loading Paper Roll
- Open the top cover: Push the cover-opening buttons on both sides and open the top cover.
- Remove the paper roll: Remove the supplied paper roll and tear it apart along the edge.
- Load the paper roll: Load the paper roll into the paper compartment and pull out some extra paper. Adjust the separator according to the paper width.
- Close the top cover: Close the top cover after loading paper. Ensure both sides click into place.
Power On
- Power on: Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.
Note: To turn off the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone
- Download App: Scan the QR code [QR code symbol] to download the "Hiprint" App.
- Connect the Printer: Open the App, click "+" in the top right corner, select MT series, select "connect via 'system settings'", mobile phone Bluetooth select "MT810-XXXX" (XXXX is the last four digits of the Bluetooth address), click and connect. Return to the "Hiprint" App, click the device and connect.
- Printing: Open the document to be printed on the mobile phone and copy it to "Hiprint"; (Or select document printing on the App home page). Set it in the print preview as required, and then click "Print".
Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.
Printing from Windows PC
- Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
- Download the driver program from the HPRT website and install it on the PC.
- Add the printer to the PC and print documents from the PC after establishing the connection.
Tip: The default mode is page-by-page printing. Click the power button to continue printing after one page is printed. For continuous printing, go to the printer driver settings and set it to continuous printing mode.
Battery Charging
When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash (red light flashes quickly). Please use the matching USB cable to charge in time. If you continue printing, the printer may shut down automatically.
- Charging by PC: Connect the USB cable to the PC.
- Charging by power adapter: Connect the USB cable to a power adapter.

Precautions
- The best operating temperature is 0°C~40°C. If the environmental temperature is too low or too high, the print quality may be affected.
- Please do not use unofficial adapters or paper rolls to ensure print quality. Please purchase and use HPRT official thermal paper.
- During printing, the area around the thermal print head is very hot. Do not touch it, as you could be burned.
- Do not pull out the paper by force during printing, or else it may damage the printer.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
