HPRT MT620 Mobile Printer

Product Introduction

The HPRT MT620 is a portable mobile printer designed for on-the-go printing needs. It features a compact design with essential controls and connectivity options.

Front View:

  • [Power Button]: Used to turn the printer on and off.
  • [Cover-opening Button]: Allows access to the paper compartment.
  • [Operational Status LED]: Indicates the printer's current status (e.g., power, errors).

Rear View:

  • [USB Interface]: For connecting to a computer or power source.
  • [Paper Inlet]: Where the print paper is inserted.
  • [Paper Outlet]: Where the printed paper emerges.

Accessories Included:

  • [USB Cable] x 1
  • [Separator]

Installing the Print Paper

Follow these steps to install the print paper correctly:

  1. Open the Top Cover: Pull the [Cover-opening Button] upwards and open the top cover.
  2. Adjust the Separator: Pull out the [Separator] and adjust it according to the width of the paper being used.
  3. Insert the Printing Paper: Place the thermal paper roll into the paper compartment with the print side (thermosensitive layer) facing upwards. The paper will feed automatically into the printer.
  4. Close the Top Cover: Ensure the top cover is securely closed.

For the best printing experience, it is recommended to use HPRT official thermal paper.

Powering On and Off

To Power On: Hold down the [Power Button] for 3 seconds to start the printer.

To Power Off: Hold down the [Power Button] for 3 seconds to turn off the printer.

Printing Wirelessly from a Mobile Phone

  1. Download the App: Scan the provided QR code (note: QR code itself is excluded from output) to download the companion mobile application.
  2. Connect with the Printer: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open the app, tap "Connect printer," and select "MT620-xxxx" (where 'xxxx' represents unique identifiers) to establish a connection.
  3. Print: Open the document you wish to print within the app, or select document printing from the app's home page. Adjust print settings in the preview, then tap the print icon (typically in the top right corner) to print.

Note: App operations are subject to the latest version of the application.

Printing from a PC

  1. Connect via USB: Connect one end of the [USB Cable] to your PC and the other end to the printer.
  2. Turn on the Printer: Ensure the printer is powered on.
  3. Download and Install Driver: Download the printer driver from the official website: https://www.hprt.com/HPRT-MT620. Install the driver on your PC following the on-screen instructions.
  4. Print Document: Open the document you want to print on your PC. Select the "HPRT MT620" printer from your printing options and initiate the print job.

Battery Charging

When the battery level is low, the [Operational Status LED] will flash red rapidly. To ensure continuous operation, charge the printer promptly using the matching [USB Cable]. If printing continues with a low battery, the printer may shut down automatically.

Charging can be done via a PC's USB port or a power adapter.

LED Indicator Definitions

1. Error Status

Status LED Indicator
Voltage/Battery is too low [Red LED flashes rapidly]
Print head temperature is too high [Red LED flashes rapidly]
Out of paper/paper jam/abnormal paper loading [Red LED flashes slowly]
Printer cover is not closed [Red LED is lighting]

2. Printer Status

Printing [White LED flashes slowly]
Firmware is updating [Multi-color LED flashing]

3. Connection Status

In Bluetooth connection [White LED is lighting]
Bluetooth data receiving [White LED flashes rapidly]

Precautions

  • The optimal operating temperature is between 0°C and 40°C. Extreme temperatures may affect print quality.

  • Do not forcibly pull out paper during printing, as this can damage the printer.
