Loading the Ribbon

Step 01: Open the top cover and then open the panel
Open the top cover first. Then, press the opening buttons located on both sides of the panel simultaneously and lift the panel upwards.

Step 02: Loading the Ribbon
Install the ribbon into the printer by pinching the left and right wings of the ribbon with both hands. Ensure the side with the anti-counterfeit label is facing the paper outlet.

Step 03: Close the Panel
Turn the panel down and press it firmly with both hands until you hear a "pop" sound, indicating it is securely closed.
Putting in the Paper
Step 01: Putting in the A4 paper
Insert A4 paper into the paper inlet as shown in the diagram. The printer can accommodate up to 20 sheets of A4 paper at once.

Power On

Step 01: Connecting Power
Plug the power cable into the power port located on the back of the printer.

Step 02: Power On
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the printer on. To power off, also press and hold the power button.
Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone

Step 01: Download the APP
Scan the QR code provided or search for "Hereprint" in your app store to download the "Hereprint" APP.

Step 02: Connect to printer via Wi-Fi
Connect your mobile phone to a Wi-Fi hotspot (ensure it's a 2.4 GHz frequency band). Open the "HerePrint" App, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of the Home screen to add the device. Follow the app's guide to select the GT series, enter the Wi-Fi password, and wait for the connection result.

Step 03: Printing via LAN
Ensure the printer is on and connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot as your mobile phone. In the "HerePrint" App, select the file to print, navigate to "Preview", and confirm the parameters. Your mobile phone can then send data to the printer via LAN.

Step 04: Cloud Remote Printing
The printer must be on and its connected Wi-Fi hotspot must have internet access. Even when you are not near the printer, you can select files to print via the "HerePrint" App. After entering the print preview, send the data to the printer through remote printing.
Printing from Windows PC
- Connect one end of the USB cable to your PC and the other end to the printer.
