Before Mounting
1. Download eufy Security App
Download and install the eufy Security app from your device's app store. Sign in or create an account.

Setup Steps
2. Add HomeBase
Follow the in-app instructions to add your HomeBase to the eufy Security system.

3. Add Cameras
Follow the in-app instructions to add cameras and sync them with your HomeBase.

4. Fully Charge the Cameras
Fully charge the cameras before their first use. This process may take up to 8 hours for each camera.

5. Check Wi-Fi Signal
Take the camera and your smartphone to the desired mounting location to test the Wi-Fi signal strength.

Mounting Your eufyCam
1. Choose a Location
Select a suitable location for your camera. Consider the camera's field-of-view and motion detection zone.

2. Position & Drill Holes (for Concrete or Brick Wall)
Skip this step if mounting on a wooden wall. You may need a screwdriver, a 6mm drill, and a ladder.

3. Install the Mounting Base
Rotate the knob on the mounting bracket to loosen and disassemble it. Firmly install the mounting base using the two long screws provided.

4. Mount the Camera
Attach the mounting bracket to the base by turning the large knob clockwise. Hold and screw the camera onto the bracket, then turn the small knob to secure it.

5. Adjust the Camera Field of View
Rotate the camera to achieve an optimal viewing angle while monitoring the live stream in the eufy Security app.

6. Tighten the Camera and Complete
Turn the large knob on the mounting bracket clockwise to tighten and securely fix the camera in place.

Mounting Backup Solar Panel
If installing the camera in areas with limited sunlight, such as under eaves, use the backup solar panel. It works in conjunction with the camera's built-in solar panel for continuous power.
