Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach the support bars (E) to the inner side of the left backrest (K) and right backrest (L). Use 8 bolts (7), 8 washers (3), and 8 bolts (2) for each backrest. The diagram shows the support bars positioned horizontally on the backrest panels.
Step 2
Connect the left arm (H) to the left seat frame body (A) and the right arm (I) to the right seat frame body (B). Each arm requires 4 bolts (7), 4 washers (3), and 4 bolts (1). The diagram illustrates the curved arms attaching to the curved seat frames.
Step 3
Screw 4 round legs (F) into the designated sockets on the underside of the left seat frame body (A) and 4 legs (F) onto the right seat frame body (B). The diagram shows the legs being attached to the bottom of the seat frames.
Step 4
Attach the between panel (O) to the left seat frame body (A) and right seat frame body (B). Use 2 pads (G) and 2 hex nuts (4) on each side, secured by bolts (6) tightened with the wrench. The diagram shows the between panel positioned vertically between the two seat frames.
Step 5
Connect the left seat frame body (A) and right seat frame body (B) together using the between panel (O). Secure the connection using 4 bolts (3) and 4 bolts (1) with the Allen key (7). The diagram shows the two seat frames being joined at the front and rear edges via the between panel.
Step 6
Attach the left backrest (K) and right backrest (L) to the assembled seat frame. Each backrest is secured with 4 bolts (3) and 4 bolts (1) using the Allen key (7). The diagram shows the backrests being bolted to the rear of the seat frame assembly.
Step 7
Connect the left arm (H) and right arm (I) to the main seat frame assembly. Each arm is secured with 4 bolts (3) and 4 bolts (1) using the Allen key (7). The diagram shows the arms attaching to the sides of the assembled seat and backrest structure.
Step 8
Insert the slats (D) into the designated slots on the seat frame. The diagram shows the slats being placed horizontally across the frame. Secure the slats using 36 screws (5) with the Allen key (7). The diagram illustrates the placement of screws along the edges of the slats.
Helpful Hints
- Move your new furniture carefully, with two people lifting and carrying the unit to its new location.
- Your furniture can be disassembled and reassembled to move.

Completed Product
The final assembly results in a chaise lounge sofa. Place the back cushions (J) and pillows (C) onto the sofa. The diagram shows the completed sofa with all cushions and pillows in place.
