Safety Instructions
Place the device on a stable, straight surface to prevent damage from falls.
Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, which can damage the device or shorten its lifespan.
Do not place near heat sources like radiators.
Keep the device away from rain, water, moisture, and high humidity. Avoid direct contact with water, especially in bathrooms or kitchens near sinks.
Do not attempt to open the device.
Back up your data before first use. The manufacturer is not liable for data loss due to improper use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to restoring data from existing backups.

Device Overview
The device features an LCD display showing the current time (e.g., 4:32) and several buttons for operation:
- 1. Week (W+): Selects the day or day block (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, or combinations).
- 2. Hours (H+): Sets the hour.
- 3. Minutes (M+): Sets the minutes.
- 4. Reset/Recycle Program (RES/RCL): Resets or recycles program settings.
- 5. Clock (C+): Used for setting the current time and switching between 12/24 hour format.
- 6. Timer (Timer): Used to set ON/OFF programs.
- 7. Manual ON/AUTO/Manual OFF: Cycles through manual and automatic operating modes.
- 8. System Reset (R): Resets the entire system, typically requiring a sharp object.
Connection
The connection diagram illustrates how to wire the ET0010 digital time switch.
Power Input:
- L (Line): Connect the live wire to terminal 1.
- N (Neutral): Connect the neutral wire to terminal 2.
Output to Load:
- Terminal 3: This is the switched live output. Connect one side of your load (e.g., a lamp) to terminal 3.
- The other side of the load should be connected to the neutral wire (N).
Terminals 4 and 5 are not used in this basic configuration but typically represent the Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) contacts of the relay, respectively, for the switched live output.
Installation
- Connect the ET0010 to a standard 220/240V power supply and turn it on.
- Allow the internal batteries to charge for approximately 12 hours.
- After charging, clear any existing data by pressing the 'R' (System Reset) button with a sharp object (e.g., pen tip).
- The ET0010 is now ready for use.
Important Notes:
- Electrical devices must be installed and assembled by an authorized installer.
- Install in switchboard cabinets using 35mm symmetric sections according to EN50022.
- Do not connect appliances exceeding a 16A load. Ensure appliance plugs are fully inserted.
- For cleaning, disconnect from power and wipe with a dry cloth.
- Do not immerse the timer in water or any liquid.
- Heaters and similar appliances should not be left unattended and are not recommended for connection to the timer.
Day Combinations for Programming
There are 8 ON/OFF programs available with 16 day combinations:
- MO (Monday)
- TU (Tuesday)
- WE (Wednesday)
- TH (Thursday)
- FR (Friday)
- SA (Saturday)
- SU (Sunday)
- MO TU WE TH FR SA SU (All days)
- MO TU WE TH FR (Weekdays)
- SA SU (Weekend)
- MO TU WE TH FR SA (Monday to Saturday)
- MO WE FR (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- TU TH SA (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
- MO TU WE (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- TH FR SA (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- MO WE FR SU (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
Setting the Current Time
- Press and hold the C+ button. Simultaneously press the W+ button until the current day is displayed.
- Press the H+ or M+ buttons to set the current hour or minute. Hold buttons for rapid forward counting.
- Release both buttons to set the week and time.
- To reset an incorrect time, repeat the previous steps.
Setting Programs
The ET0010 supports up to 8 ON/OFF programs.
- Press the Timer button to set the first ON program.
- Use W+ to select the day(s). Use H+ and M+ to set the ON time.
- Press the Timer button again to finish the ON setting and enter the first OFF setting.
- Use W+, H+, and M+ to set the OFF time for the first program.
- Press the Timer button again to finish the OFF setting and proceed to the next program (ON setting for program 2).
- Repeat steps 2-4 for all desired programs.
- After completing all settings, press the C+ button. The ET0010 is ready.
Example: Timer ON at 8:15 AM and Timer OFF at 10:15 PM daily:
- Press Timer. LCD shows "1_ON".
- Press W+ until LCD shows "MO TU WE TH FR SA SU".
- Press H+ until LCD shows "6:00 PM" (or 18:00).
- Press M+ until LCD shows "6:15 PM" (or 18:15).
- Press Timer again. LCD shows "1_OFF".
- Press H+ until LCD shows "10:15 PM" (or 22:15).
- Press C+ to save.
Note: Ensure program settings do not overlap, especially when using day blocks.
Manual ON / AUTO / Manual OFF Setting
- Press the MANUAL button to cycle through the three modes: Manual ON, AUTO, Manual OFF.
- In Manual ON or Manual OFF modes, the timer operates independently of programmed settings.
- When switching from MANUAL to AUTO, the timer retains the manual setting until the next scheduled program change.
12/24-Hour Mode
Press and hold the C+ and Timer buttons simultaneously to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.
Daylight Saving Function
In AUTO mode, press and hold the C+ and MANUAL buttons simultaneously. The LCD will display "Summer".
This will set the clock back by one hour.
Press the two buttons again to revert to standard time ("Wintertime").
