Accessory Installation Notes

Quickfit Installation

EN: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

FR: Faites serrer le raccord rapide jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement soit parfaitement encastré dans le panneau. Il ne faut ni trop serrer ni insuffisamment serrer.

ES: Apriete quickfit hasta que el hombre se descargue con el panel. NO lo sobreapriete ni lo apriete poco.

PT: Aperte o ajuste rápido até estar nivelada com o painel. Não apertar demasiado ou excessivamente.

DE: Ziehen Sie den Quickfit fest, bis die Schulter mit der Platte bündig ist. Bitte nicht zu fest oder zu schwach anziehen.

IT: Stringere il montaggio rapido fino a quando la spalla è a filo con il pannello, non stringere troppo o troppo poco.

Cam Lock Installation

EN: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit.

FR: Avant d'insérer la serrure batteuse, veillez à la bonne orientation avant d'insérer le raccord rapide.

ES: Cuando instale el cierre de la cámara, asegúrese de que la posición de inicio es correcta antes de que inserte el quickfit conector.

EN: Quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. Cam lock should be inserted before quickfit.

EN: Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten.

Drawer Slide Installation

EN: Please find the exact hole for installation, otherwise it will be misaligned. The screws on the drawer slide must be leveled, otherwise it will affect the smoothness of the drawer.

FR: Identifiez le trou exact pour l'installation, sinon il sera mal aligné. Les vis de la glissière du tiroir doivent être nivelées, sinon cela affectera le fonctionnement du tiroir.

ES: Al instalar, encuentre el orificio exacto; de lo contrario, estará desalineado. Los tornillos en las correderas del cajón deben estar nivelados, de lo contrario, afectará la suavidad al deslizar el cajón.

EN: Be careful to push in the board when the both sides slide way been aligned.

Anti-Dumping Belt Installation

EN: This is anti-dumping belt that fix the product to the wall and it can be used or not follow your needs.

Wall Mounting Screws

EN: If it is a solid wall, please use expansion and self-tapping screws, if it is a wooden wall, only use self-tapping screws, please do not overtighten the screws.

FR: Si le mur est massif, veuillez utiliser des chevilles à expansion et des vis autotaraudeuses, mais s'il s'agit d'un mur en bois, utilisez uniquement des vis autotaraudeuses et ne serrez pas trop les vis.

Assembly Steps

Step 1-2: Assembling the Base

Attach side panels (3, 4) to the bottom panel (2) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B). Ensure the cam lock starting position is correct before inserting the cam bolt. Insert cam bolts (A) into the designated holes on panels 3 and 4. Insert cam locks (B) into the corresponding holes on panel 2. Turn cam locks (B) clockwise to tighten.

Step 3-4: Attaching Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides (17, 18) to the side panels (4, 5) using screws (B) and cam locks (J, M). Ensure the quickfit head is in the center of the cam lock when joining panels.

Step 5-6: Assembling Drawer Sides

Attach drawer sides (8, 9) to the drawer back (10) using cam bolts (B) and cam locks (Q). Attach drawer front (7) to the drawer sides (8, 9) using cam bolts (B) and cam locks (D).

Step 7-8: Assembling the Main Frame

Attach the top panel (1) to the side panels (3, 4) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (C, F). Ensure the cam lock starting position is correct before inserting the cam bolt.

Step 9-10: Assembling Drawer Runners

Attach drawer runners (19, 20) to the side panels (9, 11) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (B).

Step 11-12: Installing Drawer Assembly

Insert the drawer assembly (26) into the assembled frame, aligning the drawer slides with the runners. Secure using cam locks (B).

Step 13-14: Attaching Back Panels

Slide the back panels (24, 25) into the grooves on the back of the cabinet. Secure with back panel connectors (30).

Step 15-16: Attaching Top Panel and Hinges

Attach the top panel (1) using cam bolts (A) and cam locks (J, M). Attach door hinges (27) to the doors (13, 14) and door hinge plates (28) to the side panels (3, 4) using screws (B, C).

Step 17-18: Mounting Doors

Attach the doors (13, 14) to the cabinet by connecting the hinges (27) to the hinge plates (28). Use screws (A, E, P) for attachment.

Step 19-20: Installing Drawer and Handles

Insert the drawer assembly (26) into the cabinet. Attach drawer handles (15) to the drawer front (7) using drawer handle screws (29).

Step 21-22: Installing Shelves

Insert shelves (5) into the cabinet, resting them on the shelf supports (16).

Step 23-24: Attaching Door Hinges and Plates

Attach door hinges (27) to the doors (13, 14) and hinge plates (28) to the side panels (3, 4) using screws (E, H, K, N, O).

Step 25-26: Finalizing Drawer Assembly

Insert the drawer assembly (26) into the cabinet. Ensure it slides smoothly.

Step 27-28: Attaching Drawer Runners

Attach drawer runners (19, 20) to the drawer assembly (26) using screws (A, B, N, P) and cam locks (DL, DR).

Step 29-30: Inserting Drawer and Final Touches

Insert the drawer assembly (26) into the cabinet. Attach handles (15) if not already done. Use screws (Q, R, S, U, V) for final assembly of the base.

Step 31: Securing the Unit

Use screws (F, R, T) to secure the top panel (1) and ensure the unit is stable.

Safety Information

Anti-Dumping Belt: This anti-dumping belt fixes the product to the wall for safety. Use as needed.

Wall Mounting: Use appropriate screws for your wall type (solid wall: expansion and self-tapping screws; wooden wall: self-tapping screws). Do not overtighten.
