- Before washing, please remove sludge and sand on clothing first.
- For very dirty parts of the clothes, you can smear some liquid detergent on them and rub them in advance.
- For clothing that are easy to pill, please turn it inside out first and then wash it.
- Large clothing and clothing that are easy to float should be put into the washing tub first. Please put large clothing and clothing that are easy to float (chemical fibers etc.) at the bottom. This is beneficial to the good rotation of clothing.
To avoid damage to tub, pulsator...
- Please take out coin, hair clip, curtain hook, and other metal.
- Wrap up buttons and zipper and put them on the inner side.
- Put bra etc. in washing mesh bag.
To avoid damage to clothing, winding of clothing...
- Belts on apron and so on must be knotted; zippers must be zipped.
- Thin or easily damaged clothing must be washed in a washing mesh bag.
- Metal decorations (zippers etc.) on the clothing in a washing mesh bag must be checked.
For better washing...
- Please check the washing mark. ?
- Wash clothing easy to fade separately.
- For towels and other clothing easy to produce lint, please wash them separately or use a washing mesh bag. ?
To protect the environment
- Avoid the waste of water, detergent ?, and electricity.
- During washing, wash clothing together.
- Put in a proper amount of detergent according to the fouling situation.
- Reuse detergent liquid. ♻️
While using a washing mesh bag, put in as little clothing as possible. Too much clothing will decrease the performance during rinsing and spin drying or cause the offset of clothing during spin drying.

Common Non-Fault Phenomenon
These phenomena may not indicate a fault. Please check these points before sending the machine for repair.
Phenomenon | Possible Non-Fault Cause | Coping Process |
---|---|---|
Not working / Light cannot be on. | Is the plug plugged in firmly? Is the power supply interrupted or has the main switch tripped? | Check plug connection and power supply. |
Abnormal sound. | Does the washing machine incline or is it unstable? Does the clothing deviate to one side during spin drying? Is there a foreign metal object mixed in the clothing? | Ensure the machine is level. Distribute clothing evenly. Check for foreign objects. |
No water inlet. | Is the top cover open? (Water does not inlet if the top cover is open.) | Close the top cover properly. |
Tap leaks. | Are the screws or installation position of the water nozzle connection loose? Does the water nozzle connection incline or shake? | Tighten screws or adjust the water nozzle connection. |
Water inlet hose and water inlet valve sound. | The tap water pressure is relatively high. | Adjust tap connection. |
Pulsator rotates slightly after washing/rinsing. | To avoid clothing offset and reduce vibration during spin drying. | Normal operation. |
Pulsator rotates discontinuously during washing. | In the soak course, the pulsator rotates once every 8 seconds to allow detergent to permeate sufficiently. | Normal operation. |
Low-speed rotation at the start of spinning. | This action adjusts balance and dries clothing sufficiently. | Normal operation. |
"Patsa Patsa" sound during spinning. | Water hits the tub side during spin drying. | Normal operation. |
Inlet water and enters rinsing during spinning. (Spin light indicator blinks quickly.) | The machine automatically detects and corrects clothing offset. If offset cannot be corrected, operation stops. | Normal operation. The spin drying ratio is lower than twin tub machines; spin dry again if uneven. |
Clothing is spin-dried but not wrung dry. | The spin drying ratio of an automatic washing machine is lower than a twin tub machine. | Spin dry again if uneven, especially for large items like towels. |
Operating parts heat up. | Caused by heat radiation of electrical components. | Normal operation. |
Indoor lighting darkens momentarily. | The voltage of the plug loop drops when the motor starts up. | Use an exclusive plug loop. |
Sound of water when tub body is rotated. | Liquid is in the balance ring to maintain balance during spinning. | Normal operation. |
Stray noise on radio/TV, unclear image. | Interference from the washing machine. | Keep the machine away from radio and television. |
White lines around the tub after washing. | Result of detergent and water ingredients combining. | Wipe away with a twisted cloth. Using liquid detergent or rinsing twice can help prevent this. |
