To avoid damage to tub, pulsator...

To avoid damage to clothing, winding of clothing...

For better washing...

To protect the environment

While using a washing mesh bag, put in as little clothing as possible. Too much clothing will decrease the performance during rinsing and spin drying or cause the offset of clothing during spin drying.

Instruction on Washing Courses

Automatic Sensing Function ⚙️

The washing machine selects the wash method (water level, water current, operation time) by sensing the weight of clothing. This function does not work if you manually select water level or change the course. Ensure there is no or very little water in the tub when using this function.

To use: Press POWER ON/OFF, then COURSE key and select NORMAL course, then press START/PAUSE.

Caution: If you select water level manually in the normal course, the automatic sensing function does not work.

AIR DRY ?

This course reduces drying time by circulating air. Spin-drying with high-speed takes air into the inner tub from the top lid holes.

To use: Press POWER ON/OFF, then AIR DRY key (light turns on), then press START/PAUSE. Drying time can be set to 30min, 60min, 90min, or 0 (default).

The machine generates a beep and turns off when it finishes the course.

Self-Decided Washing Course

This allows you to select specific processes like rinsing and spinning.

Example: Only rinsing and spinning

  1. Put the clothes in the tub, and press POWER ON/OFF key.
  2. Select the course as necessary.
  3. Select the necessary processes (e.g., WASH, RINSE, SPIN, WATER LEVEL).
  4. Before starting rinsing, please select [Water level].

Specific Cases:

Put in detergent as required, and close the top cover properly. Press START/PAUSE key.

Additional Operating Procedures

RESERVE ⏰

Set a desired reservation time (1-24 hours). The displayed time indicates when the operation will finish.

To use: Press POWER ON/OFF, select COURSE, press RESERVE and set time, then press START/PAUSE. The time setting counts down.

SOAK ?

This course can be added to most courses (except TUB CLEAN). It adds a soaking phase.

To use: Press POWER ON/OFF, select SOAK and set soaking time (5 min - 24 hrs), then press START/PAUSE.

FRAGRANCE ?

Enhances softener efficacy by adding a soaking time with softener at the beginning of the final rinse.

CHILD LOCK ?

Hold FRAGRANCE key for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate. If the top cover is opened after water supply starts, an error tone sounds. If the cover remains open for 30 seconds, water drains automatically. Only POWER ON/OFF and START/PAUSE keys are operational in this mode.

AUTO CLEAN ?

Hold WATER LEVEL key for 3 seconds to activate. This cleans the washing/spin drying tub and the back of the pulsator with clean water during the final spin.

Maintenance

Appropriate maintenance helps extend the life of your washing machine.

TUB CLEAN ?

For cleaning the washing / spin drying tub.

Caution: Do not put clothing in the tub during this course.

  1. Press POWER ON/OFF with the top cover closed.
  2. Press COURSE key and select TUB CLEAN course.
  3. Press WASH key and select washing time. Press WATER LEVEL key and select water level.
  4. Press START/PAUSE key. The machine starts supplying water and displays remaining time. A beep sounds when water supply is finished.
  5. Press START/PAUSE key to pause. Add washing machine cleaner for the tub.
  6. Close the top cover and press START/PAUSE key to restart.

Water Inlet Hose Filter Net

The filter net can easily get blocked with prolonged use. Clean it as follows:

  1. Turn off the faucet.
  2. Turn on the power and press the WATER LEVEL key.
  3. Confirm the top cover is closed. Make sure water in the hose has been drained.
  4. Dismantle the water inlet hose. Twist the connecting part, not the hose. Wait about 10 minutes, then turn off the power.
  5. Clean the filter net. Remove the filter net and clean it.

Lint Filter Box

Clean each time after washing.

  1. Detach the lint filter box from the washing tub.
  2. Clean the lint filter box and the tub side.
  3. Attach the lint filter box back onto the washing tub, pointing downwards.

Common Non-Fault Phenomenon

These phenomena may not indicate a fault. Please check these points before sending the machine for repair.

PhenomenonPossible Non-Fault CauseCoping Process
Not working / Light cannot be on.Is the plug plugged in firmly? Is the power supply interrupted or has the main switch tripped?Check plug connection and power supply.
Abnormal sound.Does the washing machine incline or is it unstable? Does the clothing deviate to one side during spin drying? Is there a foreign metal object mixed in the clothing?Ensure the machine is level. Distribute clothing evenly. Check for foreign objects.
No water inlet. Is the top cover open? (Water does not inlet if the top cover is open.)Close the top cover properly.
Tap leaks. Are the screws or installation position of the water nozzle connection loose? Does the water nozzle connection incline or shake?Tighten screws or adjust the water nozzle connection.
Water inlet hose and water inlet valve sound. The tap water pressure is relatively high.Adjust tap connection.
Pulsator rotates slightly after washing/rinsing.To avoid clothing offset and reduce vibration during spin drying.Normal operation.
Pulsator rotates discontinuously during washing. In the soak course, the pulsator rotates once every 8 seconds to allow detergent to permeate sufficiently.Normal operation.
Low-speed rotation at the start of spinning. This action adjusts balance and dries clothing sufficiently.Normal operation.
"Patsa Patsa" sound during spinning.Water hits the tub side during spin drying.Normal operation.
Inlet water and enters rinsing during spinning. (Spin light indicator blinks quickly.)The machine automatically detects and corrects clothing offset. If offset cannot be corrected, operation stops.Normal operation. The spin drying ratio is lower than twin tub machines; spin dry again if uneven.
Clothing is spin-dried but not wrung dry.The spin drying ratio of an automatic washing machine is lower than a twin tub machine.Spin dry again if uneven, especially for large items like towels.
Operating parts heat up.Caused by heat radiation of electrical components.Normal operation.
Indoor lighting darkens momentarily. The voltage of the plug loop drops when the motor starts up.Use an exclusive plug loop.
Sound of water when tub body is rotated.Liquid is in the balance ring to maintain balance during spinning.Normal operation.
Stray noise on radio/TV, unclear image.Interference from the washing machine.Keep the machine away from radio and television.
White lines around the tub after washing.Result of detergent and water ingredients combining.Wipe away with a twisted cloth. Using liquid detergent or rinsing twice can help prevent this.
