Safety Precautions

WARNING:

  • ? Do not allow children to play with or look around the washing/dehydration tub, as they may fall in and get injured.
  • ? Do not wash clothing stained with harmful diluting agents like gasoline, kerosene, etc.
  • ? Do not use power supply other than AC240V, 50Hz to avoid malfunction, damage, or fire.
  • ? Do not modify the machine yourself; only professional repairmen should perform repairs to avoid fire, electric shock, or malfunctions.
  • ? Do not plug or pull the plug with wet hands or wet cloth to avoid electric shock.
  • ? Before the dehydration tub completely stops, do not touch the clothing being washed. Hands can get caught and injured, especially for children.
  • ? Do not change the original state of the power cable. Artificial damage can cause electric shock, leakage, or malfunctions.
  • ? Do not use damaged power cable, plug, or loose plug seat to avoid short circuits, electric shock, fire, or other accidents.
  • ? To prevent electric shocks, fires, malfunctions, and distortions, do not place the machine in high-humidity areas (like bathrooms) or where wind and rain may enter.
  • ? Use a plug seat rated for at least 13A. A loose plug seat or sharing a seat with other appliances can cause overheating and fire.
  • ✅ This machine is equipped with an earthing plug. Changing the plug is not allowed. Customers must have a qualified electrician install an earthing-type receptacle if one is not available.
  • ? Do not wash objects other than clothing, such as cabbage, sweet potato, kelp, shoes, etc., as this can cause abnormal vibration and damage to the machine.
  • ⚠️ Water temperature must not exceed 55°C to avoid electric leakage, electric shock, or damage due to plastic deformation.
  • ? When plugging or unplugging, do not touch the metal part of the plug to avoid electric shock or short circuits.
  • ? During dehydration, the machine operates at high speed. Water-resistant clothing may not discharge water instantly, leading to imbalance, abnormal vibration, and other accidents.
  • ? While the machine is running, do not touch the bottom where the rotating mechanism is located to avoid injury. Pay special attention to children.
  • ✅ When connecting to the water tap, follow instructions to connect the water inlet hose properly. Do not frequently remove the inlet hose.
  • ? Do not pull or twist the drain hose.
  • ✅ Before using, check the bottom of the product for any packaging material (like a plastic holder) and remove it before installing the bottom cover.
  • ? Do not place heavy objects on the machine to avoid distortion and damage.
  • ✅ After using, turn off the tap to prevent water leakage.
  • ✅ Ensure the base opening is not obstructed by carpeting when installed on a carpeted floor.
  • ? Clean dust on the plug and plug seat to prevent fire.
  • ? Do not use water to wash machine components to avoid short circuits and electric shock.
  • ✅ To move the machine, carry it by the handle only to avoid harm or damage.
  • ? If gas leaks, do not plug or unplug the machine. Do not use flammable objects near the machine.
  • ? Keep any fire source away from plastic components, as they pose a fire risk.

CAUTION:

  • ⚠️ If the soft power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a qualified person.
  • ⚠️ If powder or liquid detergent adheres to plastic parts (like the top cover), wipe it away immediately to prevent damage.
  • ✅ Clean the filter frequently to maintain washing efficiency.
  • ✅ After using the washing machine, unplug it to prevent electric leakage, shock, or fire due to loose connections.
  • ✅ Please use the provided new water inlet and drain hoses; do not reuse old ones.
  • ✅ Before use, carefully check that the water inlet and drain hose connections are secure to prevent water leakage.

How to Install

Installing the Bottom Cover

  1. Take out the bottom cover from the carton box. (For model ES-X851, find it inside the washing tub.)
  2. Lean the unit gently onto a soft object (like cloth or carpet).
  3. Push the bottom cover into the base slot.
  4. Secure the bottom cover to the base of the unit using screws (a small hole is provided in the middle of the bottom cover). Then, carefully lift the unit upright.

Placing the Washer

  1. Place the washer on a level surface. Adjust the feet by loosening the locking nut, then turning the feet until the washer is stable. Tighten the locking nut afterwards.
  2. If the surface is uneven, use a platform or step to ensure the washer is level.
  3. Maintain a distance of at least 5cm between the washer and the wall.
  4. Ensure the washer is not placed on a platform or step where it could tip over.
  5. If placing on carpet, ensure the carpet does not block the air vents at the bottom of the machine.

Installing the Drain Hose

  1. Connect the drain hose to the drain outlet and secure it with the metal clamp.
  2. Do not seal the drain hose in a sewer pipe to ensure proper drainage.
  3. If extending the drain hose, do not exceed 3 meters to avoid long drainage times.
  4. The height of the drain hose outlet should not be more than 10cm above the floor.
  5. If the drain outlet is on the left side of the machine, connect the hose to the right side and route it behind the main unit.

Installing the Water Inlet Hose

  1. The water inlet hose connector consists of an adapter and a collar.
  2. To attach: Pull down the collar until four metal balls are visible, fit it into the adapter, and release the collar to secure it. To detach: Turn off the water tap, pull down the collar, and remove the adapter.
  3. Loosen connectors A and B.
  4. Loosen the four screws on connector A. Fit it onto the water tap, push the adapter up so the rubber seal attaches tightly to the tap, then screw evenly.
  5. Screw connector B tightly to ensure the rubber seal attaches properly to the tap and prevents leaks.
  6. Tighten the other end of the inlet hose to the water inlet valve on the washer.
  7. Turn on the water faucet. If leaks occur at the collar, check: (a) Is connector B's nut tightened properly? (b) Is the gap between connectors A and B less than 5mm, preventing the rubber seal from properly contacting the tap? (c) Is the tap spout flat? (d) Are connector A's screws tightened evenly? (e) Is adapter A mounted crookedly, preventing the rubber seal from contacting the tap?

Note on Water Faucet:

  • The faucet spout length should be at least 10mm, and the outer diameter should be 24mm or less.
  • If using a suitable faucet, the adapter may not be needed.
  • The faucet spout should be smooth and round.
  • If the faucet spout is uneven, file it smooth.
  • If the faucet outer diameter is too large, remove the liner from adapter A.

Things to Check Before Wash

  • The capacity for Wash and Spin programs refers to the maximum weight of dry clothes.
  • Fabric type and size affect washing performance. Load an adequate amount of clothes to ensure they can tumble freely for effective washing.
  • Remove coins, keys, and other hard objects. Zip up zippers and fasten buckles to prevent scratching the interior of the machine or damaging clothes.
  • Use a nylon mesh bag for washing wool and delicate items.
  • Sort colorfast items and heavily soiled items to wash them separately.
  • Do not exceed the maximum fill line for softener and liquid detergent in their respective dispensers.

Instructions Before Wash

  1. Connect the water inlet hose, turn on the water tap, and place the drain hose in its position.
  2. Ensure the power socket is properly earthed before plugging in the power cord.
  3. Check the care label to confirm if the clothes are suitable for machine washing.
  4. Load the washing machine properly and add the correct amount of detergent and softener.
  5. Close the lid.

Control Panel Functions

The control panel allows you to select programs, adjust settings, and start/pause the wash cycle.

  • Rinse Program: For rinsing clothes. Water level selection is available.
  • Soak: An optional program that can be added to STANDARD and HEAVY modes for pre-soaking.

Fuzzy Function:

This function automatically detects the load size and selects the optimal washing conditions (water level, course, time). It is only available for the Standard program. Ensure there is minimal water in the tub for accurate sensing. Pressing the Water Level button or selecting another program before starting will cancel Fuzzy Function.

Usage of Softener

Follow the instructions on the softener package. Pour the measured softener into the dispenser. The machine will add it during the final rinse. If using concentrated softener, dilute it with water (1 part softener to 3 parts water). Do not leave softener in the dispenser for extended periods, as it may clump. Do not mix softener with detergent. Rotate the inner tub to access the dispenser conveniently. The auto-dosing function may not work if only one rinse cycle is selected. Do not open the lid during the rinsing process, as it may affect the softener's effectiveness.

Note: The maximum dose for the softener dispenser is 40ml.
