Charging the GP3000

Charge It First!

While reading the manual, you can begin to charge your GP3000 with your mobile phone charger and the type-c cable attached. This unit can be charged with a type-c cable attached and a 5V wall charger (phone charger) or car charger. (Note: 5V wall charger and car charger are not included). Only via the QC3.0 wall charger or car charger can achieve the quick charge input function; QC3.0 wall charger and car charger can be purchased separately.

Battery Power Indicator:

Press the power switch to check the battery power. The indicator will blink one by one during charging. Different numbers of solid indicators show different battery power levels. All indicators will be turned off automatically when the charging process has finished.

Charging Levels:

• 1 Blinking: 0%
• 1 Solid: 25%
• 2 Solid: 50%
• 3 Solid: 75%
• 4 Solid: 100%

How to Start a Vehicle

Jump Starting for 12V Vehicles

1. Ensure the unit is over 50% charged (check the battery indicator ≥ 2 bars). If this unit has not been used for more than two months, you should charge it first.
2. Connect the blue connector of the intelligent battery clamp to the main unit, ensuring that the clamp's indicator light is off.
3. Correctly connect the battery clamps to the positive and negative terminals of the car battery: red clamp to the positive terminal (+) and black clamp to the negative terminal (-).
4. Follow the battery clamp's indicator light for the appropriate action:
   • Solid Green Light: Indicates a correct connection and power supply. Proceed with the jump-start.
   • Solid Red Light: Indicates incorrect polarity connection. Reconnect correctly, and proceed with the jump-start once the green light is solid.
   • Flashing Green Light: Indicates a low battery voltage. Press the BOOST button, and proceed with the jump-start within 30 seconds once the green light is solid.
   • No Red or Green Light: May indicate a completely damaged battery. Ensure correct connection, press the BOOST button, and proceed with the jump-start within 30 seconds once the green light is solid.
5. Start the vehicle.
6. Remove the jump starter from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds after the engine starts. Disconnect the clamps from the car battery.

How to Charge Your Phone or Tablet

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB-A port and your devices.
2. Press the power switch; the unit will automatically identify and charge your device. The battery indicators will light up during charging.

How To Turn On/Off The LED Flashlight

• Long press the power switch for 3 seconds to turn on the LED light.
• Press lightly to cycle through 3 lighting modes: Normal, Strobe, and SOS.
• Press the switch again to turn off the light.

Protection Mode

• Short Circuit / Overload Protection: If the 15V/10A DC port is short-circuited or overloaded (load power > 150W), the unit will shut off automatically for self-protection. Resolve the short circuit or overload issues and recharge the unit to reset from protection mode.

• Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
  A: This unit is a lithium polymer battery, operating temperature is -20-60°C / -4-140°F. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60°C/140°F, the internal construction of the polymer lithium-ion cells will be damaged, it may swell and become unsafe. So don’t store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
• Q2: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
  A: Please refer to the instructions about “How to Start a 12V Vehicle.”
• Q3: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
  A: With the battery clamps connected to the vehicle battery, when the indicator on the jumper cable shines a steady green light, it means it's connected correctly. If a red light is on and solid, it means it's a reverse connection.
• Q4: What should I do if this unit can’t start a vehicle?
  A: Recharge this unit fully, and try to press the “BOOST” button on the jumper cable, wait for the GREEN LIGHT to be solid, then start the vehicle within 30s. If it still does not work, contact GOOLOO at: fiona@gooloo.com (Attach your order ID).

• Q7: How to turn off this unit?
  A: The unit will be turned off automatically in 30 seconds when it has no load.
• Q8: Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?
  A: Yes.
• Q9: Can this unit charge other devices while starting a vehicle?
  A: No.
• Q10: How often does this unit need to recharge?
  A: It would be best to be recharged every 3 months.
• Q11: Why it shuts off in 30s when charging for other devices?
  A: This product may not be able to charge devices that need a weak current, like iPhone 6 series, headphones, smartwatches, etc. Because this unit has a minimum load current (200mA), it will automatically turn off after 30s if the load current is less than 200mA.
