Model: IN240300099V02_GL
Introduction
Thank you for choosing Aosom screens. All screens undergo strict quality inspections before delivery. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper usage.
Attention: Screen installation, electrical connections, and limit switch settings must be performed by qualified technicians only.
Product Overview
This document details the operation and safety of the Aosom Motorized Screen.
The system includes a motorized screen, a remote control transmitter, and a control box. The connection diagram shows the wiring between the 230V AC plug, the screen remote control, and the motor via the control box, with color-coded wires (BLACK, BLUE, BROWN, YELLOW) for UP, DOWN, L, N, and C+ connections.
If the remote control is not functioning, check and replace the battery.
Adjusting Limit Switches
Adjust the position of the two limit switches as follows:
Two adjustment points are shown. One for the DOWN movement limit (yellow wire) and one for the UP movement limit (white wire). To adjust, turn the screw clockwise to increase the stroke (travel distance) and counter-clockwise to reduce the stroke.
Useful Instructions
- The screen requires a suitable power supply (220V/50HZ, 230V/50HZ, or 110V/60HZ, 120V/60HZ). The motor's power must match the local voltage and frequency.
- The screen can be used with or without the remote controller.
- Typically, a synchronized motor is installed, but a tubular motor is available for special requirements.
