Sami Wearable User Manual WS-2352
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Sami wearable WS-2352. Read the instructions carefully to obtain optimum results and preserve it for future reference. Sami has developed wearable devices since 2015 and uses the best components possible for the product. This device is a 4G smart watch with built-in GPS.
Description of the Wearable
The Sami WS-2352 wearable features the following components:
- Microphone
- Camera
- SIM Card Slot
- Return Button
- Speaker
- Touchscreen (1.3" capacitive)
- Flashlight (Torch)
- Power On Button / SOS Button
- Temperature Sensor
- Health Sensor (for Heart Rate and Blood Pressure monitoring)

The device displays time, date, signal status, battery level, and allows for voice chat.

Note: SIM card is not included. Keep the tag containing the IMEI Code and Register Code for future reference.
Charging the Device
Connect the device to a computer or laptop using the provided USB magnetic charging cable. Align the magnetic end of the cable with the charging points on the back of the device. Use only the included USB cable. If using a power adapter, ensure it outputs 5V, 1A. Charging time is approximately 2-3 hours. Fully charge the device before first use.
Note: Do not connect the charger to AC power while the magnets are touching a metallic surface, as this can cause overheating and damage the cable.
How to Power On / Power Off
- To Power On: Long press the Power button for a few seconds.
- To Power Off: Navigate to the settings menu on the smartwatch, select 'Shut Down', and confirm. Alternatively, if the watch is linked to the SeTracker app, it can be powered off via the app.
- The smartwatch will automatically power off when the battery runs out.
How to Control the Smartwatch
- Touchscreen: Short tap to select/enter; tap and slide left/right/up/down to navigate between menu pages.
- Return Button: Short press to go back. Located at the center bottom of the display.
- Power Button: Short press to turn the display on/off or return to the home screen. Long press to power on or activate SOS.
- SOS Function: Activated by a long press of the Power Button after the smartwatch has been registered in the SeTracker APP. The SOS mobile phone number must be set in the SeTracker APP.
Getting Started
Step One: Charging
Fully charge the smart watch. This will take 2-3 hours.
Step Two: SIM Card Insertion
Insert a valid Nano SIM card into the SIM card slot. Do NOT use a Micro SIM card. The SIM card must have the PIN code deactivated.
Note: Ensure the smartwatch is turned OFF before inserting the Nano SIM card. Otherwise, a restart will be required after insertion.
Nano SIM Card Requirements:
- Must be a valid Nano SIM card.
- Must have Mobile Internet Data service enabled (provided by the Telecom provider).
- Must have incoming phone call number displaying service enabled (provided by the Telecom provider).
How to Insert the Nano SIM Card:
- Power OFF the smart watch.
- Use the provided small screwdriver to remove the screws from the SIM card slot shell.
- Remove the shell and insert the Nano SIM card into the SIM card slot, ensuring the correct orientation (refer to sketch: 'With this side be inside', 'With this SIM side up').
A tiny sound will indicate the SIM card is correctly inserted. To remove the SIM card, push it inwards to release it from the slot.
Important: Do not discard the white elastic seal when opening the card slot shell, as its removal will compromise the smartwatch's splashproof capability.
This product uses 4G data system; a 4G network must be available in your country.
SeTracker App Setup
Step Three: Download and Install
Download and install the SeTracker app (not SeTracker2). Available on Google Play Store for Android and the App Store for iOS. Accept all pop-up requests (OK/Yes/Confirm/Accept/Allow) during installation.
Step Four: Register Account
Run the SeTracker app on your smartphone. Register a new account and log in. Select 'Europe and Africa' as the Area on the login interface.
Step Five: Add Device
In the SeTracker app, navigate to the 'Add Device' interface and tap the Scan icon ( depicted as two opposing arrows ). Scan the Register Code found on the smartwatch or its watchband tag. The device code will auto-populate. Input a nickname, select the relationship to the user, and tap OK to finish registration.
Step Six: Set SOS Numbers
In SeTracker, tap the 'ME' icon (bottom right), then 'SOS Number'. Input up to three mobile phone numbers for SOS alerts. Save the numbers. When the SOS function is activated (long press Power Button), the watch will call the numbers sequentially if the previous one does not answer.
Step Seven: Make Phone Calls
In SeTracker, tap the 'HOME' icon (bottom left), then the 'Phone Call' icon. Input the phone number you wish to call. This number should be a mobile number associated with the SIM card in the smartwatch.
Step Eight: Add Contacts
In SeTracker, tap the 'HOME' icon (bottom left), then the 'Phonebook' icon. Tap 'Add' to add new contacts one by one, including name and phone number. Multiple contacts can be added and will sync to the smartwatch's Phonebook.
Step Nine: Fall Notification
In SeTracker, tap the 'ME' icon (bottom right) and select 'Fall Notification' to set alerts for sudden fall incidents.
After completing these nine steps, the smartwatch is registered.

Fall Down Function
This function requires activation in settings and the input of SOS numbers in the app. If the watch detects a fall, it will automatically dial the registered SOS numbers sequentially until one answers.
