Thank you for purchasing the Sami wearable WS-2341. This manual provides instructions for optimal results and future reference. Sami has been developing wearable devices since 2015, utilizing the best components.

This product is suitable for children aged 5-12 years. It is not suitable for children below 5 years.

Description of the Wearable

The Sami WS-2341 is a kids' smartwatch designed for safety and communication.

The package includes: Wearable, USB magnetic charging cable, screwdriver, and instruction manual. A SIM card is not included.

Charging

Connect the device to a computer or laptop using the provided USB magnetic cable for charging. Ensure the magnetic end of the cable makes contact with the charging points on the back of the device. Use only the included USB cable. If using a power adapter, it should be 5V, 1A. Charging takes approximately 2 hours. Charge the device fully before first use. Be cautious with the magnetic cable; avoid contact with metal surfaces when connected to AC power to prevent damage.

Powering On / Powering Off

Power On: Long press the Power button for a few seconds.
Power Off: Long press the Power button for a few seconds. If the smartwatch is registered to the SeTracker2 APP, it cannot be powered off by long pressing the Power Button. It can only be powered off via the SeTracker2 APP. Attempting to power off the watch directly will send an ALARM SOS message to the registered phone via the app and SMS.
The smartwatch will automatically power off when the battery runs out.

Controls

Touchscreen: Short tap to select, long tap to enter. Tap and slide left/right/up/down to navigate between menu pages.
Return Button: Located at the bottom center of the display. Short press to return to the previous screen or home screen.
Power Button: Short press to light up/turn off the display screen or return to the home screen. Long press to Power On/Power Off/SOS.

Getting Started

Step One: Fully charge the smartwatch. This takes 2 hours.
Step Two: Insert a valid Micro SIM card. Ensure the smartwatch is powered OFF before inserting. Do not use a Nano SIM card. If inserted while powered on, a restart will be required.
SIM Card Requirements:
- Must be a valid Micro SIM card.
- Must have Mobile Internet Data service enabled by the telecom provider.
- Must have incoming phone call number displaying service enabled by the telecom provider.
How to insert the Micro SIM card: Use the provided screwdriver to remove the screw from the SIM card slot shell. Remove the shell and insert the Micro SIM card into the slot, following the provided diagram. A small click indicates correct insertion. To remove, push the card inwards to eject it. Retain the black elastic seal from the slot cover to maintain splash resistance.
Network Compatibility: This product uses a 2G GSM data system. Ensure 2G network availability in your country.
Step Three: Download and install the SeTracker2 APP. Use the Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS. Do NOT download the SeTracker app. Accept all pop-up requests (OK/Yes/Confirm/Accept/Allow) during installation.
Step Four: Register and log in to SeTracker2. Open the SeTracker2 app on your smartphone. Select 'Europe and Africa' as the area on the login interface. Register a new account and log in.
Step Five: Register the smartwatch. In SeTracker2, tap the waterdrop icon (top right) $ ightarrow$ 'Device List' $ ightarrow$ 'Add Device'. Tap the scan icon next to 'Please scan or input device ID'. On the smartwatch, navigate to 'Device Info' and tap 'Register Code' to scan the code. The device ID will auto-populate. Enter a nickname, select your relationship (e.g., Dad), and tap 'OK' to finish registration. The Register Code can also be found on the back of the smartwatch.
Step Six: Add contacts. In SeTracker2, tap the Settings icon (bottom center) $ ightarrow$ 'Phone Book'. Enter contact names and phone numbers, then tap 'Save'. Saved contacts will sync to the smartwatch's phonebook. Only saved numbers can call the smartwatch. You can call the smartwatch directly from your smartphone, but not from within the SeTracker2 app. A maximum of 10 contacts can be added.

Display Screen Information

The display shows: Time/Date/Battery Status/SIM Card Signal/Red Heart Icon. Other accessible features include Dial, Phonebook, Camera, Photo Gallery, Learning Game, and Talk (instant voice message chat). The flashlight should not be focused directly into eyes. 'Device Info' provides access to App Download and Register Code.

Functions

Phone Call: Make calls from the smartwatch to any number, and receive calls from pre-set numbers only.
Chat/Talk: Instant voice message chat in groups. The watch can send voice messages; the app can send voice or text messages.
SOS: Long press the Power Button to call pre-set emergency numbers.
Geofence: Set a safe zone via the SeTracker2 app. Receive an alert if the child leaves this area.
Remote Camera: Use the smartwatch's camera remotely via the app without disturbing the child.
Remote Sound Hearing: Listen to the sound around the smartwatch remotely via the app (under 'Settings' $ ightarrow$ 'Sound Guardian'). Availability may depend on country regulations.
Map Trace Track: View the real-time location of the smartwatch on a map within the SeTracker2 app.
