Getting Started

Step One: Fully charge the smart watch. Charging takes approximately 2 hours. Use only the included USB Magnetic cable. If using a power adapter, ensure it is 5V, 1A. Avoid contact between the magnetic end of the cable and metal surfaces when connected to AC power, as this may damage the cable.

Step Two: Insert a valid Nano SIM Card. Ensure the smart watch is powered OFF before inserting the Nano SIM card. The SIM card must have Mobile Internet Data service and incoming call number displaying service enabled by the telecom provider. The SIM PIN must be deactivated before insertion. The device uses a 2G GSM network.

To insert the Nano SIM card:

1. Use the provided small screwdriver to remove the screw from the SIM card slot shell.
2. Remove the shell and insert the Nano SIM card into the slot with the SIM side up and the chip facing inwards. You should hear a small click when it's in place.
3. To remove the SIM card, push it inwards to release it. Retain the black elastic from the SIM card slot shell to maintain water resistance.

Step Three: Download and install the SeTracker2 App. Use the Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS. Ensure you download 'SeTracker2', not 'SeTracker'. Accept all pop-up requests during installation.

Step Four: Register and log in to SeTracker2. Register a new account and log in. Select 'Europe and Africa' for the Area on the login interface.

Step Five: Add the device in SeTracker2.

1. In SeTracker2, tap the waterdrop icon (top right) → Device List → Add Device.
2. Tap the Scan icon next to 'Please scan or input device ID'.
3. On the smart watch, navigate to Device Info → Register Code and scan the code. This code is also found on the back of the watch. The device ID will auto-populate.
4. Input a nickname, select the relationship (e.g., Dad), and tap OK to finish registration.

Step Six: Set up the Phonebook in SeTracker2.

1. In SeTracker2, tap the Settings icon (bottom center) → Phone Book.
2. Input contact names and phone numbers, then tap Save. Saved contacts will sync to the watch.

How to Power On / Power Off

• Power On: Long press the Power button for a few seconds.
• Power Off: Long press the Power button for a few seconds. If the watch is registered to the SeTracker2 APP, it can only be powered off via the APP. Attempting to power off on the watch will send an ALARM SOS message to the registered phone. The watch will also power off automatically when the battery runs out.

How to Control

• Touchscreen: Short tap to select, long tap to enter. Tap and slide left/right/up/down to navigate between menu pages.
• Return Button: Short press to go back. Located at the bottom center of the screen.
• Power Button: Short press to turn the display on/off or return to the home screen. Long press to Power On/Off/SOS.

SeTracker2 App Functions

• Left Top Menu: Remove Ads, Message, Alarm Clock, Rewards, Remote Camera.
• Right Top Menu: Personal Info, Device List, Change Password, Exit.
• Main Interface: Chat (instant message), Geofence (set safety zones), Settings, Locate, History.

Display Screen Overview

Displays Time/Date, Battery status, SIM card signal, Red Heart icon, Dial, Phonebook, Camera, Photo gallery, Learning Game, Talk (voice messages), and Device Info (including App Download and Register Code).

Key Functions

• Phone Call: Make calls from the watch to any number, or receive calls from pre-set numbers only.
• Chat/Talk: Send and receive instant voice messages. Speak clearly for optimal voice message generation.
• SOS: Long press the Power Button to call pre-set SOS numbers.
• Geofence: Set safe zones on the SeTracker2 app; receive an alert if the child leaves the designated area.
• Remote Camera: Remotely activate the watch's camera without disturbing the child.
• Remote Sound Hearing: Remotely listen to the sounds around the watch without disturbing the child. (Availability may depend on local regulations).
• Map Trace Track: View the real-time location of the watch on a map within the SeTracker2 app.
