Buttons 1 through 4 are used to turn individual Mesh Boxes on or off (with a long press for off). The click wheel allows fine-tuning of brightness (up/down) and color temperature (left/right) within 5 seconds of a button press. Icons indicate single presses ('1x') and sustained presses ('[hold]').
3.2.2 Changing Channels
The Connect Mesh Remote Eco has 5 channels (Channel 0 for all, Channels 1-4). The device enters a battery-saving sleep mode after 5 seconds of inactivity. Pressing any button wakes the remote, which defaults to controlling all channels (Channel 0). Use channel buttons 1-4 to select and turn on a specific channel. The status LED turns solid red when a channel is selected. When the remote sleeps, the active channel reverts to the default group, and the LED turns off.
3.2.3 Turning Groups On/Off
Press the Power button in the middle of the click wheel to turn the active channel/group on. Press and hold the same button to turn it off.
Pressing buttons 1 to 4 turns on the selected channel. Press and hold the same button to turn the channel off.
3.2.4 Changing Brightness
In the same group, hold "up" or "down" on the click wheel to adjust brightness. "Up" increases brightness, "down" decreases it until the lights turn off. Releasing the control locks the current brightness. A single click jumps directly to maximum or minimum brightness.
3.2.5 Changing Temperature
In the same group, hold "left" or "right" on the click wheel to adjust light temperature. "Right" makes the light colder, "left" makes it warmer. Releasing the control locks the current temperature. A single click jumps directly to maximum or minimum temperature.
3.2.6 Changing Hue (Light colour)
For RGB lights, double-press and hold "right" to increase hue, and double-press and hold "left" to decrease it. Releasing the second press locks the current value. A double click jumps directly to the maximum or minimum hue value.
