Powering On/Off

To Turn On:

Press the power button. After the product turns on, pressing the main power button again will turn off the LCD screen. If no operation is performed for 5 minutes, the LCD screen will enter sleep mode and automatically turn off.

To Turn Off:

Press and hold the power button. The product cannot be turned off while charging. Please unplug the charging cable before turning it off.

Supplying Power to Electrical Appliances

AC Output Ports:

Maximum output: 800W. Press the AC power button to enable AC power supply. Press the power button again to turn off the respective power sources.

DC Output Port:

Maximum output: 126W. Press the DC power button to enable DC power supply. Press the power button again to turn off the respective power sources.

DC5521 Output Port:

Maximum output: 37W.

USB-A Output Port:

Maximum output: 12W. When the product is turned on, USB-A/USB-C power supply is enabled.

USB-C Port (Input/Output):

Maximum output: 100W.

Charging the Product

AC Charging:

X-Stream fast charging, maximum input 940W. Fully charged in approximately 1.17 hours.

When AC charging, plug into a wall outlet with a 10A or higher rating and ensure the operating current is always maintained at 10A or higher. Even if the wall outlet has multiple sockets, they are internally connected to a single circuit. Therefore, do not connect other electrical appliances while charging the portable power station. Use the included dedicated AC charging cable and plug it directly into the outlet. During charging, connect directly to the unit from a wall outlet that has no other electrical appliances connected. Do not use power strips or extension cords.

Solar Charging:

Maximum input: 220W. Fully charged in approximately 4.5-9 hours.

When charging the product using an EcoFlow solar panel, refer to the user manual for connection instructions. Before connecting, ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 50V to prevent damage to the product.

Car Charger Socket Charging:

Maximum input: 100W. Fully charged in approximately 9 hours.

You can charge the product using your car's cigarette lighter socket. The product supports 12V and 24V voltages, with a maximum charging current of 8A. To prevent the car battery from not starting properly due to insufficient voltage, charge via the cigarette lighter socket only after starting the car's engine. Also, ensure the dedicated car charger cable is securely connected to the car's cigarette lighter socket.

USB-C Charging:

Maximum input: 100W. Fully charged in approximately 9 hours.

You need to prepare a USB-C charging cable (Type-C connector) and adapter separately.

X-Boost Function

The X-Boost function allows the product to power electrical appliances with a rated output of up to 1000W. Please note the following when using the X-Boost function:

1. The X-Boost function cannot be used with some electrical appliances that have voltage protection circuits, such as precision instruments.
2. The X-Boost function is more suitable for heating appliances and electrical appliances that use motors. Please check carefully before using electrical appliances compatible with the X-Boost function.

EPS (Emergency Power Supply) Function

This product supports the EPS (Emergency Power Supply) function. By connecting the household power outlet to the AC power input port of this product using the dedicated AC charging cable, you can use electrical appliances (power is supplied from the household outlet, not the battery). If the power supply from the household outlet is interrupted in this state, it will automatically switch to a mode where power is supplied directly from the product's battery within 30ms.

Important Notes:

1. This function is not a complete UPS function and does not support 0ms switching. Therefore, do not use it for devices that require a complete UPS function, such as data servers and workstations. When using the EPS function, conduct thorough testing and use at your own risk.
2. When multiple devices are connected simultaneously, the overload protection function may activate when switching from AC outlet to battery via the EPS function. If the EPS function is the primary purpose, it is recommended to connect only one device and ensure the total power does not exceed 1000W. EcoFlow is not responsible for situations where devices do not operate normally or data is lost due to incorrect usage.

Maintenance and Care

1. For safety reasons, do not store the product for extended periods in environments above 45°C or below -10°C.
2. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge and discharge the battery every three months (discharge to 0% and then charge to 60%). If no charging or discharging is performed for more than six months, it will void the warranty.
3. If the product is stored for a long time with significantly low battery levels, it will enter deep sleep mode. You will need to charge the product to wake it up from deep sleep mode before using it again.

   The AC output ports of this product have a rated output of 800W and a surge power of 1600W. This product is equipped with the X-Boost function, allowing it to power some devices exceeding 1000W. Before use, check the power consumption of your electrical appliances and ensure the total power consumption of all connected devices is less than the rated output of this product.

2. How can I check the remaining usage time for connected electrical appliances?

   While powering electrical appliances, the product's LCD screen displays the remaining power supply time. If the power consumption of the electrical appliance does not fluctuate significantly, you can refer to this displayed time.

3. Can this product be taken on an airplane?

   No, this product cannot be carried on an airplane.

4. Can the frequency of this product be switched?

   Yes, the frequency of this product can be switched. With the AC power turned on, press and hold the AC power button for 10 seconds to switch. You can also switch via the dedicated app.

Safety Guide

About Usage:

1. Do not place the product near heat sources such as fire or heating appliances.
2. When using the product, adhere to the operating temperature range specified in this user manual. High operating temperatures can pose a risk of battery ignition. Low operating temperatures can significantly reduce product performance, making it unusable.
3. In case of product ignition, follow the priority order for extinguishing: Water ⇒ Sand ⇒ Fire Blanket ⇒ Powder Fire Extinguisher ⇒ Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher, and contact the fire department.
4. Do not get the product wet with water or other liquids. Do not use the product in the rain or in damp locations.
5. In wet environments (e.g., near the sea or swimming pools), use a waterproof bag to prevent the product from getting wet.
6. If the product is submerged in water or immersed, stop using it immediately and turn off the power. Place it in a safe location away from people. Do not approach the product until it is completely dry, and take anti-shock measures before touching it. Even after drying, do not use it; contact EcoFlow after-sales support for proper disposal.
7. If the product's port is dirty, wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
8. Do not use the product in locations with strong static electricity or magnetic fields.
9. Do not place heavy objects on top of the product.
10. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area.
11. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
12. Do not place the product in areas with extremely low atmospheric pressure, as it may explode or leak flammable liquids or gases.
13. Do not disassemble the product or pierce it with sharp objects like knives.
14. Do not cover or block the cooling fan during use.
15. Do not short-circuit the product using metal objects.
16. Do not subject the product to strong impacts or vibrations during use or transportation. If strong impacts or vibrations occur, turn off the power immediately and stop using the product. Secure it firmly when carrying to prevent impacts or vibrations.
17. Do not use non-EcoFlow genuine parts or accessories. This will void the warranty. For purchasing parts or accessories, please check the EcoFlow official website, official store, or contact an authorized dealer.
18. This product can be used as a power source for medical devices related to personal safety, such as CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) and ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation).
19. It is not recommended to record information related to the use of such medical devices.
20. The product generates electromagnetic fields during operation, which may affect the normal operation of medical implants and personal medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, and defibrillators. If you use these medical devices, contact the manufacturer for information on device usage restrictions and confirm that it is safe to use the operating product in conjunction with medical implants (pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators, etc.).
21. When connecting the power supply to a refrigerator in normal mode, power fluctuations from the refrigerator may cause the power supply to automatically shut down. Therefore, if you are powering a refrigerator for storing medications, vaccines, or other important supplies, it is recommended to set the AC output to "Always On" in the app to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Also, pay attention to the power consumption status.
22. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge and discharge the battery every three months (discharge to 0% and then charge to 60%). If no charging or discharging is performed for more than six months, the warranty will be void.

About Disposal:

1. This product contains a battery. When disposing of it, fully discharge the battery and inquire with your local municipality about disposal methods. Batteries are hazardous materials and should not be disposed of with general waste.
2. Even if it is difficult to fully discharge the battery due to product malfunction, please inquire with your local municipality about disposal methods.
3. If over-discharge occurs and the battery cannot be activated, dispose of it using the same method as described in point 2 above.
