3.3 How to Use

Power ON/OFF and Display Control:

  • Power ON/Display ON: Press the Main Power Button.
  • Power OFF: Long press the Main Power Button.

Pressing the Main Power Button turns the product ON, and the display shows information. If the product is left idle for 5 minutes, the display enters sleep mode and turns off automatically. The display will automatically turn on when the product detects changes in load or operation. To switch the display ON/OFF, press the Main Power Button.

To turn off the product, long press the Main Power Button.

If no load is connected and no operation is performed for 2 hours, the product's main power will automatically turn OFF. The default product standby time is 2 hours. The standby time can be adjusted in the app.

Using 12V DC Output:

When the Main Power is ON, press the 12V DC Power Button to enable output. Press the 12V DC Power Button again to stop it. When the 12V DC power is ON, the product's main power will not turn off automatically.

Using AC Output:

Frequency Switching: With AC power OFF, long press the AC Power Button for 10 seconds to switch frequency. Frequency can also be switched via the app.

3.4 AC Charging

The product features X-Stream Fast Charging technology, with a maximum input power of 1500W. The X-Stream Charge/Custom Charge switch allows control over the input power. The default setting for Custom Charge is 400W, which can be changed via the EcoFlow app. If abnormal conditions such as AC input current exceeding 20A persist, the AC charging port's protection function will activate. When this happens, the button on the overload protection unit will pop out. After confirming there are no product malfunctions, press the button on the overload protection unit to resume charging as normal.

The charging input power can be adjusted using the fast charge/custom charge switch on the back of the product. When in Custom Charge mode, the charging input range can be changed via the EcoFlow app.

Use the included AC charging cable for AC charging. Do not use other charging cables. The AC charging cable must be plugged directly into a 15A or higher outlet. In other cases, use the X-Stream Charge/Custom Charge switch to adjust the charging speed. EcoFlow is not responsible for damage caused by not following these instructions or using non-included charging cables.

3.5 Solar Charger Charging

The product can be charged by connecting solar chargers in series, as shown in the diagram.

Diagram Description: Shows solar panels connected in series via MC4 connectors to a solar charging cable, which then connects to the DELTA Pro's solar input port.

Note: The solar charging cable (MC4-XT60 adapter cable) is sold separately.

When using an EcoFlow solar charger to charge the product, connect it according to the connection example above. To prevent damage to the product, confirm that the solar charger's output voltage is within 150V before connecting.

3.6 Car Socket Charging

The product can be charged using a car's cigarette socket. The product supports charging via 12V and 24V car sockets, with a default current of 8A.

To ensure proper startup, start the car engine before charging via the car socket, as the car battery voltage may be insufficient. Also, ensure the car socket charging cable is securely connected to the car's cigarette socket. EcoFlow is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect operation.

Diagram Description: Shows a car charger cable connecting from a car's cigarette socket to the DELTA Pro's car socket input port.

3.7 Extra Battery Usage

The DELTA Pro can be connected to up to two dedicated Extra Batteries to increase battery capacity.

For connection details, refer to the user manuals for the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Extra Battery and EcoFlow Smart Generator.

Precautions for Connecting Extra Batteries:

  1. Before connecting the DELTA Pro to an Extra Battery, ensure both the main unit and the Extra Battery are turned OFF.
  2. After connecting the Extra Battery, check that the Extra Battery indicator is displayed on the LCD panels of both the main unit and the Extra Battery before use.
  3. Do not directly connect or move the Extra Battery during charging or discharging. If you need to connect or move it, turn OFF the main unit first.
  4. Do not touch the metal terminals of the Extra Battery with your hands or other objects. If there is any foreign matter, wipe it with a dry cloth or a well-wrung cloth.

3.8 App Usage

The EcoFlow app allows you to control the product and check related information.

For EcoFlow app download and more information, please visit the official EcoFlow website.

QR Code Description: A QR code is displayed for downloading the EcoFlow app.

3.9 X-Boost Function

The X-Boost technology allows the operation of electrical appliances with a rated output of up to 3750W.

If the X-Boost function is enabled and the total output is below 3000W, electrical appliances will operate at standard voltage.

If the X-Boost function is enabled and the total output exceeds 3000W, the operating voltage of electrical appliances will be lowered to keep the output within 3000W, allowing the appliances to operate.

Notes on X-Boost Function Usage:

  1. The X-Boost function is enabled by default from the factory. You can switch this function ON/OFF via the EcoFlow app.
  2. X-Boost cannot be used when it is not enabled or when performing AC output in charging mode.
  3. X-Boost may not be usable with some precision instruments or appliances with voltage protection circuits. Please check compatibility before use.

For appliances compatible with the X-Boost function, please check carefully before use.

3.10 EPS (Emergency Power Supply) Function

This product supports the EPS function. By connecting the AC charging cable to a household outlet and the product's AC power input port, you can use electrical appliances (power is supplied from the household outlet, not the battery). If the power supply from the household outlet is interrupted in this state, the product will automatically switch to supplying power directly from the battery within 30ms.

However, this function is not a full EPS function and does not support 0ms switching. Therefore, it should not be used for devices that require true 0ms switching, such as data servers or workstations. If you use the EPS function, please test it thoroughly and use it at your own risk. If multiple devices are connected simultaneously, the overload protection function may activate when switching from AC outlet to battery. Therefore, for primary use as an EPS, connecting only one device is recommended. EcoFlow is not liable for any issues such as devices not operating correctly or data loss due to incorrect usage.

Diagram Description: Shows a connection setup for EPS, illustrating the AC input from a wall outlet to the DELTA Pro, and then output to an appliance.
