- Put one foot on the deck and propel the scooter with the other foot (when non-zero start is selected).
- When the speed reaches 3 mph, put both feet on the deck and press the thumb throttle to accelerate. The motor engages only when the speed exceeds 3 mph and the throttle is pressed.

7. Riding Notice
The isinwheel S10 Max is a recreational product but is treated as a vehicle in public areas, subject to risks. Follow this user manual and traffic laws. Respect pedestrians' right of way; use the bell to alert them and pass on their left. Ride on the right at the lowest speed or dismount when crossing pedestrian areas. isinwheel is not liable for losses resulting from instruction violations. Check the scooter before each use for loose parts, low battery, wear, strange sounds, or malfunctions; stop riding if any are found. WARNING: Risk of Fire - No User Serviceable Parts.
8. Folding & Carrying
Power off the scooter before folding and carrying.
- Open the folding latch while pushing up the safety switch.
- Flip forward the safety lever and fold the stem down.
- Adjust the locking ring so that the hook catches the ring.
9. Disc Brake Adjustment
To Adjust the Disc Brake Cable
You need a hex wrench to loosen the bolt on the cable clamp. If the disc brake is dragging, slide the clamp arm backward along the cable while holding the cable. Then, retighten the bolt. If the brake is inefficient (cable is slack), slide the clamp arm forward along the cable while holding it, then retighten the bolt.
Notice: The disc brake may squeak until it is broken in. This is normal and does not affect function or performance.
To Eliminate Braking Noises
For easier operation, place the scooter on a desk. Ensure the scooter is turned off. Loosen the two brake caliper mounting bolts (not the cable clamp bolt). Reposition the caliper so the brake rotor is centered between the brake pads, ensuring the rotor does not touch the pads. After repositioning, re-tighten the mounting bolts.
10. Maintenance & Care
Cleaning
Wipe stains with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use toothpaste and then wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or corrosive solvents. Do not use high-pressure water sprays on the deck. Ensure the scooter is off, unplugged, and the charging port cover is closed before cleaning.
Storage and Disposal
- Store in a cool, dry place (14°F~95°F). Avoid humid environments.
- Store indoors to prevent UV rays and rainwater damage.
- Charge the scooter every two months during storage.
- Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations to protect the environment.
Battery Maintenance
- Use only the original battery pack and charger.
- Fully charge the battery to maximize its lifespan.
- Charge the battery as soon as possible if low; avoid complete exhaustion.
- Never dismantle or puncture the battery.
- Keep battery contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
