Alphacool Eiswolf 2 All-In-One GPU Cooler
Installation Guide and Technical Specifications
Safety Information
READ THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION
- Not suitable for children under 6 years of age (contains small parts that may be swallowed).
- Do not operate cooling components without ensuring that coolant flows unrestricted. Insufficient coolant can lead to very hot parts and could cause burns.
- Coolers devoid of coolant can damage hardware. Always be sure to check your system often.
- Please note that no tools such as spanners, pliers or similar may be used to tighten the fittings! Fittings connected to plastic parts can be damaged if over tightened with tools! Cracks or other damage caused by this as well as damage caused by leaking coolant are not covered by the warranty!
- Only use fittings with a sealing O-ring! Due to the sealing ring, tightening by hand is enough! In exceptional cases, the manual will clearly point out when to use of tools!
- If not already done, please check the function of your hardware and the cooling system (tightness, pump function and fan). This will minimize the effort involved in finding possible sources of error. ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH does not assume the warranty of the manufacturer of the electronic parts and components. The cooling system is installed at your own risk.
- The screws should not be overtightened. If you have overtightened the screws, the retaining bolts may loosen, and the cooler will no longer be able to rest evenly on them.
- Fittings with a thread length of 8 mm may result lower flow rates.
- We recommend a leak test before mounting / installing the cooler. The water pressure in the water cooling circuit must not exceed 0.8 bar.
- Make sure that the cooler touches all components to be cooled with heat-conducting paste and / or heat-conducting pads.
- Only use distilled water or ALPHACOOL CAPE KELVIN CATCHER (CKC) in your cooling circuit. Damage caused by unsuitable coolant is not covered by the warranty!
Specified Normal Operation
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH cooling components are only approved for cooling computer components. The warranty is void if the components are used in any other way.

Radiator and Fan Assembly
Diagram Description: Two illustrations show the mounting of the radiator and fans within a PC case. The first shows fans mounted to push air through the radiator ("Fan pushing"). The second shows fans mounted to pull air through the radiator ("Fan pulling").
Connecting the Fans
Diagram Description: An illustration shows a fan with its cables. It has a 4-Pin Fan connection for power and speed control, and connectors for Digital RGB lighting (Digital RGB Connector and Digital RGB Socket).
Important: Make sure that the digital RGB LEDs do not require more than 5V supply voltage. A voltage of more than 5V will destroy the LEDs.
Diagram Description: A second illustration shows a fan with its cables connected to a controller or power source. Connections include a 4 Pin PWM connector for power and speed control (via motherboard or fan controller), a Digital RGB Socket, and a SATA Power connector for direct power supply. An optional Alphacool Aurora Eiscontrol unit (Art. No. 15360) is also shown.
Combining Eiswolf 2 with Eisbaer
Diagram Description: The process of connecting the Eiswolf 2 cooler with an Eisbaer component is illustrated. It involves disconnecting and reconnecting quick-release fittings.
Step 1: Disconnect the tube at the quick connector. Please note that 1 to 2 drops of coolant may leak out when disconnecting.
Step 2: Connect the tubes of the individual components. This could be, for example, an Eisbaer unit or an additional radiator. The "IN" and "OUT" ports cannot be confused.
Note: Alphacool offers prefilled radiators with pre-mounted quick connectors for direct mounting on the Eiswolf 2 or the Eisbaer Aurora. Please contact your dealer or visit the Alphacool Shop for more information: WWW.ALPHACOOL.COM/SHOP.
