This document provides the original instructions for assembling the VEVOR Outdoor Storage Bench, models DL-RSB05 and DL-RSB05S. Please read all instructions carefully before operating. Important Safety Information
ATTENTION:
Keep children away during assembly. This item contains small parts that can be dangerous for children. Children should always be under direct adult supervision while using this product.
Do not discard any packaging until you have checked that you have all parts and fittings required.
Carefully remove contents from the package. If any parts are missing, do not attempt to use the product until they have been obtained.
Make sure that each bolt needed for all steps matches the corresponding figure to ensure proper assembly.
Screw Tightening Guide:
Diagram shows two stages of screw tightening: [50% tightening] indicating partial tightening and [100% tightening] indicating full tightening.
Before complete installation, do not tighten screws all the way. First, tighten screws to 50%, and then once the entire assembly is complete, fully tighten all screws.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Right Panel to Back Panel
Attach Right Panel (C) to Back Panel (B) using two Bolts [bolt] and two Washers [washer]. Hand tighten only.

Step 2: Attach Front Panel to Right Panel
Attach Front Panel (A) to Right Panel (C) using two Bolts [bolt] and two Washers [washer]. Hand tighten only.

Step 3: Attach Left Panel
Attach Left Panel (D) to Back Panel (B) and Front Panel (A) using four Bolts [bolt] and four Washers [washer]. Hand tighten only.

Step 4: Attach Bottom Panel
Attach Bottom Panel (E) to Panels (A, B, C, D) using six Bolts [bolt] and six Washers [washer]. Hand tighten only.

Step 5: Attach Top Panel
Attach the Top Panel (F) to Back Panel (B) using two Bolts [bolt] (G). Fully tighten all bolts using the Allen Key [allen key] (N).

Step 6: Tighten Hinge Supports
Attach Hinge Supports [hinge support] (K) using four Bolts [bolt] (L). Fully tighten hinge supports using the Wrench [wrench] (M).

Step 7: Place Cushion
Place the Cushion (H) onto the assembled bench.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We recommend the use of furniture covers to protect the Outdoor Storage Bench when not in use.
Inspect and tighten all bolts on a regular basis to ensure proper performance and safety.
