Operation Steps
This guide provides instructions for replacing the internal battery in the AQUASTRONG PSP200T Swimming Pool Pump. The pump features a 2HP motor, operates at 220V/60Hz, has an IPX5 rating, 9A current, a maximum flow rate (Qmax) of 8917 GPH, and a maximum head (Hmax) of 70 ft.
Important Warnings:

- Open the box on the motor: Use a screwdriver to carefully open the control box located on the motor of the AQUASTRONG PSP200T swimming pool pump. This reveals the internal circuit board.
- Take out the button battery: Locate the CR2032 lithium button battery on the circuit board. Use pliers or a similar tool to gently remove the battery from its holder. The circuit board includes components such as an NT90 DC24V relay.
- Take out the plastic piece under the battery: After removing the battery, identify and carefully remove the small plastic insulating piece positioned directly underneath where the CR2032 battery was seated on the circuit board. This piece ensures proper contact and insulation.
- Install back the battery and the cover: Place the plastic insulating piece back into its position, then insert the new CR2032 button battery into its holder on the circuit board. Ensure it is seated correctly. Finally, close and secure the control box cover on the motor.
