Installation Guide
This guide provides instructions for installing the DeepCool AG620 Series CPU Cooler on various Intel and AMD platforms.

Intel LGA 1700 / 1200 / 1151 / 1150 / 1155 Installation
- Prepare Motherboard: Place standoffs (D) onto the motherboard's CPU socket mounting holes. For LGA1700, use the longer standoffs. For LGA1200/115X, use the shorter standoffs. Screw them in until snug.
- Attach Brackets: Secure the Intel mounting brackets (E) onto the standoffs (D) by screwing them into the top of the standoffs.
- Apply Thermal Paste & Mount Heatsink: Apply a pea-sized amount of thermal paste (K) to the center of the CPU. Carefully place the heatsink (A) onto the CPU, aligning the mounting posts with the brackets (E). Use the provided screws to secure the heatsink by tightening them alternately until snug.
- Install Fans: Attach the fans (B) to the heatsink using the fan clips (J). Connect the fan power cables to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard, potentially using the splitter cable (L) if needed.
Intel LGA 2066 / 2011-v3 / 2011 Installation
- Prepare Motherboard: Screw the Intel standoffs (F) into the motherboard's CPU socket mounting holes.
- Attach Brackets: Secure the Intel mounting brackets (E) onto the standoffs (F) by screwing them into the top of the standoffs.
- Apply Thermal Paste & Mount Heatsink: Apply thermal paste (K) to the CPU. Place the heatsink (A) onto the CPU, aligning the mounting posts with the brackets (E). Secure the heatsink by tightening the screws on the brackets alternately.
- Install Fans: Attach the fans (B) to the heatsink using the fan clips (J). Connect the fan power cables to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
AMD AM5 / AM4 Installation
- Prepare Motherboard: Remove the motherboard's stock CPU cooler and any associated mounting hardware. Attach the AMD mounting brackets (G) to the motherboard using the provided standoffs (H), screwing them into the existing AMD mounting holes.
- Apply Thermal Paste & Mount Heatsink: Apply thermal paste (K) to the CPU. Place the heatsink (A) onto the CPU, aligning the mounting posts with the brackets (G). Secure the heatsink by tightening the screws on the brackets alternately.
- Install Fans: Attach the fans (B) to the heatsink using the fan clips (J). Connect the fan power cables to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
Fan Connection
Connect the fans (B) to the motherboard's CPU_FAN header. The included splitter cable (L) allows connecting multiple fans. For ARGB lighting, connect the ARGB cables to the appropriate 5V header on the motherboard.

Limited Liability Warranty
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing for abnormal or damaged parts. DeepCool will repair or replace parts at its discretion if used according to the manual and under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or tampering. DeepCool's liability is limited to the product's current market value and does not cover consequential damages.
