Installation Instructions
Intel LGA 1700 Installation
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Bracket
Attach the four Intel LGA1700 Standoffs (Item 14) to the Intel LGA1700 Mounting Bracket (Item 7). The standoffs screw into the bracket.
Step 2: Mount Water Block
Align the water block assembly over the CPU and the standoffs on the motherboard. Secure the water block by screwing it onto the standoffs using the four Intel LGA1700 Mounting Screws (Item 13).
Intel LGA 1200 / 115X Installation
Step 1: Install Backplate
From the rear of the motherboard, insert the Intel Backplate (Item 10) into the corresponding mounting holes.
Step 2: Attach Mounting Bracket
Place the Intel LGA115X/1200 Mounting Bracket (Item 4) onto the motherboard, aligning it with the CPU socket. Insert the two Intel Mounting Screws (Item 12) through the bracket and into the backplate. Secure them loosely with the four Thumb Nuts (Item 8).
Step 3: Mount Water Block
Align the water block assembly over the CPU and the mounting bracket. Fully tighten the Thumb Nuts (Item 8) to secure the bracket and water block to the motherboard.
Intel LGA 2066 / 2011-v3 / 2011 Installation
Step 1: Install Standoffs
Screw the four Intel LGA20XX Standoffs (Item 16) into the designated mounting holes on the motherboard around the CPU socket.
Step 2: Mount Water Block
Align the water block assembly over the CPU and the standoffs. Secure the water block by screwing it onto the standoffs using the eight Mounting Screws (Item 3).
AMD AM4 Installation
Step 1: Remove Stock Brackets
Remove the original plastic mounting brackets from the AMD motherboard. Keep the original AMD backplate if present and compatible.
Step 2: Install Standoffs
Screw the four AMD Standoffs (Item 15) into the designated mounting holes on the motherboard around the CPU socket.
Step 3: Mount Water Block
Align the water block assembly over the CPU and the standoffs. Secure the water block by screwing it onto the standoffs using the four AMD Mounting Screws (Item 11).
Fan and Radiator Assembly
Step 1: Attach Fans to Radiator
Position the two 120mm Fans (Item 1) onto the radiator. Ensure the fans are oriented correctly for airflow (typically blowing air through the radiator). Secure each fan using four Fan Screws (Item 2).
Cable Connections
Step 1: Connect Fan Power
Connect the fan power cables to the Fan Power/RGB Splitter Cable (Item 17). Connect the splitter cable to the motherboard's 4-PIN CPU_FAN or CPU_OPT header.
Step 2: Connect RGB Lighting
Connect the RGB cables from the fans and water block to the RGB Control Cable (Item 18) or directly to a compatible motherboard RGB header (e.g., 12V RGB).
