Step 3: Install Casters
Insert the five casters into the designated sockets at the end of each leg of the five-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
Step 4: Attach Gas Lift Cover
Place the decorative cover over the gas lift cylinder. This is a cosmetic step.
Step 5: Insert Gas Lift
Insert the gas lift cylinder into the central opening of the assembled five-star base. The wider end should be at the bottom.
Step 6: Attach Seat Mechanism to Gas Lift
Align the seat mechanism with the top of the gas lift cylinder. Secure the mechanism to the gas lift using the provided screws (Part Numbers: 158834, 158835) and the hex key (Part Number: 100092). Ensure it is firmly attached. [Information] is provided regarding energy accumulators.

The seat assembly, now with the mechanism and backrest support attached, is ready to be connected to the base. Ensure the seat mechanism is properly aligned with the gas lift.
Step 10: Place Seat onto Base
Carefully place the assembled seat unit onto the gas lift cylinder protruding from the base. The weight of the user will secure it.
Step 11: Final Backrest Attachment
Attach the backrest to the seat mechanism. Use the provided screws (Part Numbers: 158834, 158835) and the hex key (Part Number: 100092) to secure the backrest to its mounting point on the seat mechanism. [Rotate] the component as indicated.
