Assembly Instructions
- Step 1: Attach side panels (1 and 2) to the bottom panel (3) using screws (A). Ensure correct orientation of panels.
- Step 2: Attach side panel (1) to the bottom panel (3) using screws (B). Ensure the groove on panel 3 faces downwards.
- Step 3: Attach side panel (4) to side panel (1) using screws (B). Ensure the three holes on panel 4 face downwards.
- Step 4: Attach side panel (2) to side panel (1) using screws (B).
- Step 5: Slide the middle shelf support (6) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels (1 and 2).
- Step 6: Secure the middle shelf support (6) using screws (C).
- Step 7: Insert the back panel insert (7) into the grooves of the side panels using rod (K).
- Step 8: Attach the back panel (5) to the assembly using screws (D).
- Step 9: Assemble the base frames (10) using screws (L). Two base frames are assembled.
- Step 10: Connect the base frames (10) with the base shelf support (11) and the base shelf (12) using screws (E).
- Step 11: Attach the bottom part of the cabinet structure to the assembled base using screws (F).
- Step 12: Insert the adjustable shelves (9) into the main cabinet structure. The shelves can be positioned flat or tilted as needed, secured with shelf pins (I).
- Step 13: Attach the doors (8) to the side panels using cam locks (G), cam dowels (H), and screws (C).
- Step 14: Mount the doors (8) to the cabinet. Note that there are only two primary holes for each door hinge on panels 1 and 2. Secure these first, then adjust door position, and finally reinforce with remaining holes using screws (C).
- Step 15: Adjust the door position (height, depth, length) by manipulating the screws on the hinges (J). Detailed diagrams show how to adjust height, depth, and length.
- Step 16: Reinforce the cabinet structure by attaching parts C and M to the back or sides as indicated.
- Step 17: For safety and stability, secure the anti-tip accessories (J) to the wall to prevent tipping, injury, and property damage. This involves attaching the bracket to the cabinet and then to the wall using appropriate fixings. A warning symbol ⚠️ indicates this important safety step.
