Installation and Initial Setup
To Install
Plug it in.
How the Timer Responds
Flashes the letter C.
Setting the Current Time
Action: Press the Time button.
Action: Continue pressing until the correct time appears in the window.

How the Timer Responds
Advances to 1 a.m.
Displays current time to the nearest hour.
Setting On and Off Times
To Set Start Time:
- Press the Mode button.
- The display will flash 'P', inviting you to set the program.
- Press the Time button repeatedly until the required starting time appears in the window.
- The display will show the starting time.
To Set End Time:
- Press the Mode button again.
- The display will flash 'E'.
- Press the Time button repeatedly until the required ending time appears in the window.
- The display will show the ending time.

To Complete Programming:
- Press the Mode button.
- The display will return to show the current time.
Programming is now complete. The devices plugged into the timer will turn on and off automatically every day at the times that have been selected.
Timer Description
The timer unit features a digital display showing the time (e.g., "12 PM"). It has two control buttons: one labeled "TIME" and another labeled "MODE". The brand name "NOMA" is visible at the bottom.
Program Review
Action: Press the Time button.
Response: The display will show, successively, for 1-2 seconds each: 'P' (program start time), the starting hour, 'E' (program end time), and the ending hour. It will then return to show the current time.
Changing Your Program
Unplug the timer to discontinue the current program. After 10 seconds, plug it back in and proceed to set the current time. Then, follow the programming steps outlined above.
Manual Override
Pressing the Mode button at any time will turn on the devices plugged into the timer. The display will indicate the letter 'O'. The devices will remain on until the programmed ending time of the daily program. To return the timer to automatic mode before the programmed end time, press the Mode button again. The display will then return to show the current time.
After a Power Interruption or Failure
The timer will display a flashing 'C', and the connected devices will be off. To restore automatic timer control, repeat the steps above to set the current time and the On/Off times.
