1. Introduction

1.1. Overview

The NFA-T01WB fire button waterproof box is designed for outdoor environments, tunnels, and pipe racks. It can be paired with manual call points to enable fire detection and linkage control. Our products are dust-proof and waterproof, which can be applied in dusty and humid environments, and are certified by national testing organizations.

The waterproof box consists of an 'Upper cover' and a 'Bottom box'. A 'Waterproof ring' is integrated. Key dimensions are indicated: 145mm width, 105mm depth, 18mm height for the inner space, and an installation hole spacing of 132mm.

2. Installation

2.1. Installation and Fastening

The internal space of the NFA-T01WB fire button waterproof box is 140x105x46mm. Products with dimensions less than this can be accommodated. The internal installation hole spacing is 60mm. For fastening, it is recommended to use ST4.2*12mm self-tapping screws. The external fastening hole spacing of the waterproof box is 132mm. M5 expansion screws are recommended for fastening to a mounting surface.

2.2. Incoming Line Type

The waterproof box supports M20 and M36 waterproof joints for incoming cables or conduits, accommodating different site construction types.

• M36 waterproof joint: Standard part, suitable for OD 18-25mm cable or conduit. Recommended thread length is 10mm (M36x1.5).
• M20 waterproof joint: Standard part, suitable for OD 6-12mm cable or conduit. Recommended thread length is 10mm (M36x1.5).

2.3. Optional Installation Principle for Fastening Screws

The upper cover and bottom case can be structurally clamped. For added security during use, ST2.9*8mm self-tapping screws can be used to lock the bottom, preventing accidental opening or human-induced protection failure due to covers not being tightly fastened.
