ETA Gensi Humidifier & Aroma Diffuser
Model: eta 6634
I. Safety Warnings
Please consider these instructions as part of the appliance and pass them on to any other user. Always check that the voltage on the type label matches your socket. The power cord plug must be connected to a properly connected and grounded socket according to national standards.
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and older, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on safe use and understand the hazards. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision. Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the appliance and its power cord.
Use the appliance with caution as it produces water spray. Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, before assembly/disassembly, or before cleaning/maintenance, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the mains.
Use only the supplied adapter for power. The appliance must be powered only by safe low voltage corresponding to the appliance's marking.
If the adapter is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician, or a similarly qualified person to prevent dangerous situations. Never use the appliance if its adapter or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, or if it has fallen and been damaged. In such cases, take the appliance to a specialized service for safety and proper function checks.
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply by pulling the adapter out of the socket when refilling the tank or installing it back into the appliance.
The appliance is intended for home use and similar environments (shops, offices, hotels, motels, B&Bs), not for commercial use.
Never use the appliance or touch the adapter with wet hands or feet. Never immerse the appliance in water (even partially). Do not attempt to refill the humidifier without first unplugging it from the electrical outlet. Do not let water vapor escape directly onto walls or water-absorbing surfaces, as humidity can damage surfaces, especially wallpaper.
Do not tilt or try to empty the appliance while it is in operation. Excessive humidity in the room can cause condensation on windows, furniture, walls, and other cool objects. If this occurs, switch off the appliance. Maintain optimal air humidity; too high humidity can promote the growth of unwanted organisms and mold.
Never leave water in the tank when the appliance is not in use. Always clean and dry the water tank before storing the appliance. Clean the humidifier thoroughly before next use. If used daily, clean the tank at least every 3 days. Remove any deposits and scale (see Chapter IV. MAINTENANCE).
⚠️ WARNING: Microorganisms present in water or the environment can multiply in the tank and cause serious health risks if water is not changed and the tank is not cleaned regularly (every 3 days).
While the appliance is operating, do not touch the water (fragrant solution) or any components in the water with any part of your body. Avoid scraping the transducer with hard objects. Do not use the appliance in high humidity environments, such as bathrooms.
Never place the adapter power cord on hot surfaces or let it hang over the edge of a table or worktop. If someone (e.g., a child) brushes against or pulls the cable, the appliance may tip over or fall, potentially causing serious injury.
The power cord must not be damaged by sharp or hot objects, open fire, or be immersed in water or bent over sharp edges. Regularly check the condition of the power cord.
For safety and proper function, use only original spare parts and manufacturer-approved accessories. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this manual. The producer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use (e.g., injury, fire) and the guarantee does not cover the appliance if safety warnings are not followed.

B – Power adapter
III. Preparation for Use
Remove all packaging materials, cling film, stickers, and paper from the appliance.
Note
The aroma diffuser uses a high-frequency ultrasonic oscillator to create microscopic droplets (approx. 1–5 µm) from water and essential oil. The ventilation system blows these into the room air as cold steam (water spray), which then evaporates, releasing aromatic essences and increasing air humidity.
ON/OFF button + steam generation (A1)
- 1st press – switches on maximum steam volume
- 2nd press – switches to low steam volume
- 3rd press – switches off the device (no steam generation)
Colour illumination button (A2)
- 1st press – changing colour illumination is on
- 2nd press – single-colour illumination is on (continuous light of the current colour)
- 3rd press – colour illumination is off
Note
The aroma diffuser also allows sole colour illumination (i.e., without steam generation).
IV. Instructions for Use (Fig. 2)
- Place the appliance on a suitable flat surface.
- Remove water tank A3 from base A and fill it with clean, cold drinking water. You can add a few drops (approx. 1-2 drops) of natural essential oil to the water. Reinstall the filled tank onto the base in reverse order.
- Connect the appliance to the mains using adapter B (an acoustic signal will sound, and the coloured illumination will flash once).
- Set the desired operating mode using buttons A1 and A2.
- When the tank is empty, the device will automatically switch off.
- After use, unplug the device.
Notes
The aroma diffuser can be used in combination with natural essential oils or on its own with water as a humidifier. For using and dosage of essential oils, please follow the manufacturer's instructions. The maximum tank capacity (2 L) provides up to approximately 16 hours of operation.
V. Maintenance
Clean the appliance surface, adapter, tank A3, and cover A6 with a damp cloth. Disinfectants may also be used; always follow the instructions on the packaging. Clean the ultrasound converter with a cloth (sponge) and warm soapy water. For scale removal, use a lukewarm solution with citric acid or vinegar. Be aware that a clogged ultrasound converter will not function properly! Never use aggressive cleaning agents (e.g., petrol, glass cleaner, furniture polish, thinner) or other solvents for cleaning the appliance. After maintenance, allow individual parts to dry thoroughly. Never dry plastic parts over a heat source (e.g., stove, electric/gas cooker).
Extensive maintenance or maintenance requiring intervention in the internal parts of the appliance must be carried out by a professional service! Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions will void the warranty!
VI. Environment
If dimensions permit, marks for materials used for packaging, components, and accessories, as well as their recycling, are printed on all parts. Symbols on the product or accompanying documentation indicate that used electrical or electronic products must not be disposed of with municipal waste. For proper disposal, hand them over at designated collection points where they will be accepted free of charge. Proper disposal helps conserve valuable natural resources and prevent potential negative impacts on the environment and human health. For more details, contact your local authority or the nearest collection point. Incorrect disposal may result in fines according to national regulations. If the appliance is to be permanently decommissioned, it is recommended to cut the power cord after disconnecting it from the power supply to render it unusable.
