Promotion Details and Conditions
Promotion Period: August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Offer: A voucher code for three months of Zattoo Ultimate at no cost (3 months for €0 instead of the regular price of €13.99/month). The total value of the offer is up to €41.97.
Automatic Renewal: After the free period, Zattoo Ultimate will automatically renew at the standard price of €13.99/month unless canceled within the third free month. Details on available channels can be found at Zattoo.com/de. Zattoo can be used on various devices.
Resale Restriction: Participants agree not to sell or offer the received benefit for sale within six months of receipt.
No Cash Value: The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
Eligibility:
- Participants must be private end customers aged 18 or older.
- Purchases must be made from participating retailers in Germany during the promotion period.
- Bulk and retail dealers are not eligible.
- Private sales, online auction purchases (e.g., eBay), and purchases of used devices are excluded.
- The promotion is valid only for in-stock or immediately available promotional devices.
Voucher Code Redemption:
- Voucher codes can be accessed exclusively between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, via the Samsung Promotion App pre-installed on the promotional device.
- The voucher code will be sent via email.
- Zattoo Ultimate must be activated by November 14, 2025.
- Registration with Zattoo at Zattoo.com/de is required to redeem voucher codes. This includes agreeing to Zattoo's terms of use, contract options, privacy settings, and cookies.
- Voucher codes are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Cash redemption is not possible.
Participation Limit: One participation per promotional device.
Exclusion Clause: Samsung reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information, use unfair methods, or attempt to participate more than allowed. In such cases, Samsung may reclaim the benefit or demand compensation.
Support for Issues: If the Samsung Promotion App does not display valid streaming vouchers or if displayed vouchers are invalid, participants must report this by the last day of the promotion period by emailing aktionen@samsung.de with the following information:
- Copy of the promotional device's invoice.
- Cable MAC address of the purchased promotional device.
- Streaming code and proof of the error.
Incomplete submissions or those received after the promotion period will not be considered.

Changes to Promotion: Samsung and the respective streaming service provider reserve the right to terminate, extend, or modify the promotion or its terms, especially in cases of force majeure or if the promotion cannot be conducted properly due to technical or legal reasons. Participants will be notified of any changes and given a reasonable period to object. Continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.
Purchase Reversal: In case of a final purchase cancellation within six months of the purchase or order date, the Zattoo Ultimate offer will automatically end. Voucher codes must be returned, or the participant must provide compensation. Samsung may block the voucher codes through the streaming service provider.
Agreement: By activating the offer, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
