Samsung TV Promotion: Free Rakuten TV Movie Rentals
Samsung is offering a promotion where customers can receive voucher codes for three movie rentals from Rakuten TV when they purchase an eligible Samsung TV model during the promotional period.
Promotion Details
Promotion Period: August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Offer: Purchase an eligible Samsung TV model and receive voucher codes for three movie rentals from Rakuten TV at no additional cost.
Each voucher code is valid for one UHD rental, up to a value of €5.99 per redemption. The voucher can only be redeemed on Samsung models. Once a movie is rented, the rental is valid for 30 days from the code redemption date, and the user has 48 hours to watch it from the first playback. Codes are valid only in Germany and must be used by November 14, 2025.
To redeem a code:
- Open the Rakuten TV app.
- Select a movie up to €5.99 for rental.
- Click on "Redeem Voucher" and enter the provided code.
- Log in or register for a Rakuten TV account.
- Click "Confirm and Pay".
Registration with Rakuten TV requires acceptance of their terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy. A payment method is not required for voucher redemption. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rakuten TV reserves the right to change service content and criteria.
Eligible Samsung TV Models
The promotion applies to specific Samsung TV models designated for the German market. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchased model's code matches one of the eligible models listed. Participating retailers can provide information on model codes. It is strongly advised to verify the model code with the retailer before purchase, especially for online purchases.

Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is valid for private end customers aged 18 and over who purchase a new eligible device from a participating retailer in Germany during the promotional period.
- Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales, online auctions (e.g., eBay), and sales of used devices are excluded.
- The promotion is only valid for in-stock or immediately available eligible devices.
- Voucher codes for eligible TVs can be accessed exclusively between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, via the Samsung Promotion App pre-installed on the eligible device.
- Voucher code activation must be completed by November 14, 2025. Exchange of the bonus or cash payout is not possible. Rakuten TV's terms and conditions apply.
- Participation in the promotion is limited to one time per eligible device.
- Samsung reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information, use unfair means, or attempt to participate more than allowed. In such cases, Samsung may reclaim the bonus or demand compensation.
- For issues with streaming vouchers (missing or invalid), participants must notify Samsung by email to aktionen@samsung.de by the last day of the promotional period, providing a copy of the invoice, the device's Cable MAC address, and proof of the error. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- For questions regarding the registration process, customers can contact Samsung experts via Samsung Chat or WhatsApp, by phone at 06196-77 555 12, or by email at aktionen@samsung.de.
- Samsung and the respective streaming service provider reserve the right to end, extend, or modify the promotion or its terms and conditions, especially in cases of force majeure or technical/legal issues. Customers will be notified of any changes and given a period to object.
- In case of a final purchase cancellation within six months of the purchase or order date, the bonus automatically ends. Voucher codes must be returned, or compensation must be paid. Samsung may have the voucher codes blocked by the streaming service provider.
- By activating the offer, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
