Important Safety Instructions
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions must be followed:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or persons who do not know its correct use, provided they are supervised or trained in the safe use of the appliance and are able to understand the associated risks. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Clear the area to be cleaned. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that could obstruct the appliance. Tuck in the fringes of rugs and lift rugs from the floor and lift objects like curtains and tablecloths.
- In case of potential falls in the area to be cleaned, for example due to steps, it is necessary to set the appliance so that it can detect the steps without falling. Barriers may need to be placed on the edge to prevent the robot from falling. Ensure that the physical barrier does not represent a tripping hazard for people.
- Use the appliance only as intended by this manual. Use only accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Ensure that the voltage of the power source corresponds to that indicated on the Docking Station.
- For indoor use only. Do not use the appliance outdoors or in commercial or industrial environments.
- Use only original rechargeable batteries and the manufacturer's Docking Station supplied with the appliance. The use of non-rechargeable batteries is not permitted.
- Do not use without installing the collection bin and filters.
- Do not use the appliance in an area with open candles or fragile objects.
- Do not use in extremely hot or cold conditions (below -5 °C or above 40 °C).
- Keep hair, clothing, fingers, and any part of the body away from the openings and moving parts of the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.
- Do not use the appliance on wet surfaces or with stagnant water.
- Do not allow the appliance to pick up large objects such as stones, large pieces of paper, or objects that could obstruct the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance to collect flammable or combustible materials such as gasoline, toner for printers or photocopiers, nor use it in areas where these may be present.
- Do not use the appliance to collect incandescent materials or those emitting smoke, such as cigarettes, matches, glowing embers, or anything that could cause a fire.
- Do not insert objects into the suction port. Do not use the appliance if the suction port is obstructed. Keep the port free of dust, gauze, hair, or anything that could reduce airflow.
- Be careful not to damage the power cord. Do not pull or drag the appliance or the Docking Station by the power cord, do not use the power cord as a handle, do not close the power cord in a door and do not rub the power cord on sharp edges or corners. Do not run the appliance over the power cord. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or customer service to avoid risks.
- Do not use the Docking Station if it is damaged. Do not attempt to repair the power adapter and do not use it in case of damage or malfunction.
- Do not use the appliance with damaged power cords or plugs. Do not use the appliance or the Docking Station if they do not function correctly, if they have been dropped, left outdoors, or have come into contact with water. In these cases, repair by the manufacturer or customer service will be necessary to avoid risks.
- Turn off the appliance before cleaning or performing maintenance operations.
- The plug must be removed from the power outlet before cleaning or performing maintenance operations on the Docking Station.
- Remove the appliance from the Docking Station and switch the power switch to OFF before removing the battery for disposal of the appliance.
- The battery must be removed and disposed of according to current laws and regulations before disposing of the appliance.
- Dispose of used batteries according to current laws and regulations.
- Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. Batteries could explode and cause a fire.
- Unplug the Docking Station from the power outlet if it is not used for a prolonged period.
- The appliance must be used according to the instructions in this User Manual. Our company cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use.
- The robot contains batteries that can only be replaced by competent persons. To replace the robot's battery, contact customer service.
- If the robot is not used for a long time, turn it off for storage and unplug the Docking Station.
- WARNING: to recharge the battery, use only the removable power unit L1 supplied with the appliance.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
To meet RF exposure requirements, it is advisable to maintain a distance of 20 cm or more between the device and people during the operation of the appliance. To ensure compliance, operation at close distances is not recommended. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be used in conjunction with other antennas or transmitters.
Instructions for correct product disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be disposed of with other household waste throughout the European Union. To avoid damage to the environment or health caused by uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To recycle the used appliance, use the collection and return services or contact the retailer where the product was purchased, who will be able to dispose of it correctly.

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the malfunctioning device at our company's discretion for a period of 1 year. Furthermore, this certificate is void if altered. When returning this device, pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Damage during shipping is not covered by the Warranty and will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Damage or losses not covered by this warranty or occurring outside the warranty period will require a fee to cover management and shipping costs. All these fees and costs will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Exclusion
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty will not apply if the defects concern:
- Consumable parts such as filters, brushes, etc. which are subject to normal wear and require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the unit's proper functioning.
- Defects caused by improper or inappropriate handling or use or damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, fire, water, lighting or other natural events, external sources such as weather conditions, power outages or surges.
- Improper operation or maintenance, use not in accordance with the product instructions, or connection to an incorrect voltage supply.
- Accident, abuse, incorrect application or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly of the product.
- Any failure to properly package the Product for transport.
- Use of parts not conforming to the product instructions.
- Use in a commercial environment as the Product is designed exclusively for residential use.
- Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by our company.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Any product purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers.
- Products used outside the country of purchase.
- Lost and/or stolen products.

2. Operation and Programming
2.1 Notes before cleaning
- Arrange furniture, such as chairs, in place before cleaning the desired area.
- It may be necessary to place barriers on the edge of the drop to prevent the Robot from falling.
To improve cleaning efficiency, remove objects such as wires, cloths, slippers, etc. from the floor.
Fold the edges of rugs with fringes before using the product near them.
Do not stay in confined spaces, such as corridors, and ensure that the Robot is not blocked.
2.2 Quick Start
- Remove protective materials.
- Install side brushes.
2.3 Robot Charging
- Docking Station Placement: Position the charging stand with 0.5M clearance on the sides and 1.5M clearance in front. Connect the power adapter.
- Power On (ON): The indicator light shows I=ON, O=OFF.
- Robot Charging: The button flashes when the Robot is charging. The button stops flashing when the Robot is fully charged. Ensure that the charging contacts on the robot and the charging dock pins establish a connection.
Note: It is not possible to charge the Robot when it is turned off.
* It is not recommended to lift or move the Robot during cleaning so that it can return to charge correctly.
2.4 APP Download
To use all available features, it is recommended to control the Robot via the Lefant Life app.
Before starting, ensure that:
- The mobile phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
- The 2.4 GHz wireless signal is activated on the router.
Download and install the app
Mode 1: Scan the QR code on the fuselage, download and install the app according to the instructions. (Located under the cover)
Mode 2: Open the Mobile App Store, search for "Lefant Life", download and install.
Add device and pair the network via the app
Open the "Lefant Life" APP and log in (new users must register first). Select <Add device> on the home page. Then pair the network by following the detailed instructions in the app.
Reset the device
If a network pairing error occurs, reset the device.
- Turn on the power switch on your robot.
- Press the button on the robot for 3 seconds to enter EZ network pairing mode (the robot emits 1 beep); press it for another 3 seconds to enter AP network pairing mode (the robot emits 2 beeps).
Indicator Light
- Waiting for connection: EZ mode: rapidly flashing blue light; AP mode: slowly flashing blue light
- Connecting / Wi-Fi connected: solid blue
Notes:
- This device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks (not compatible with 5 GHz Wi-Fi).
- If a network pairing error occurs, restart the robot and try again. Or try the other network pairing method (tap in the upper right corner).
2.5 Robot Operation
During the first cleaning, check the Robot and provide assistance in case of problems.
- AUTO Cleaning Mode: The robot will clean in an optimized programmed cleaning mode, designed for cleaning hard floors by default.
- Return to Charge Mode: Press the button twice (x2).
2.6 Mopping Function
Notes: Do not use the mopping function on carpets. Clean the mop cloth every 60 minutes to ensure cleaning effectiveness. Remove the mop cloth bracket before charging the robot.

- Attach the mop pad to the bracket.
- Attach the bracket to the robot.
- Fill the water tank (if applicable, not shown in diagram).
- Start cleaning.
Maintenance
- Remove the mop pad bracket.
- Clean the mop pad.
- Dry the mop pad and bracket.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Regular Maintenance
To keep the Robot running with optimal performance, perform maintenance and component replacement with the following frequencies:

Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations on the Robot, turn off the robot and unplug the Docking Station. A multifunction cleaning tool is provided to simplify maintenance operations. Handle with care: the cleaning tool has sharp edges.

3.2 Dustbin
Warning: Do not use water to clean the dust container and filter materials!
- Remove the dustbin.
- Empty the dustbin.
- Clean the filter.
- Clean the dustbin.
- Reassemble the dustbin.

4.2 Acoustic Alarm Signals
If the Robot detects a problem, it emits alarm signals and the START/PAUSE Button flashes RED or turns solid RED.

Friendly suggestions: If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please try the following operations: Turn on the power switch under the host cover again and restart the machine.

5.2 Wi-Fi Connection
Before configuring the Wi-Fi connection, ensure that the Robot, the mobile phone, and the Wi-Fi network meet the following requirements.
Requirements for Robot and mobile phones
- Robot is fully charged and the Robot's power switch is on.
- The robot is ready for network configuration.
- Turn off the mobile phone's cellular data (it can be reactivated after configuration).
Wi-Fi Network Requirements
- You are using a mixed 2.4 GHz or 2.4/5 GHz network.
- The router supports 802.11b/g/n protocols and IPv4.
- Do not use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or proxy server.
- Do not use a hidden network.
- WPA and WPA2 use TKIP PSK, AES/CCMP encryption.
- WEP EAP (Enterprise Authentication Protocol) is not supported.
- Use Wi-Fi channels 1-11 in North America and channels 1-13 outside North America (refer to local regulatory agency).
- If you are using a network extender/repeater, the network name (SSID) and password must match the primary network.
