IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
For Household use only
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire or serious injury.
- Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
- Clear the area to be cleaned. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that could entangle the Appliance. Tuck rug fringe under the rug base, and lift items such as curtains and tablecloths off the floor.
- If there is a drop off in the cleaning area due to a step or stairs, you should operate the Appliance to ensure that it can detect the step without falling over the edge. It may become necessary to place a physical barrier at the edge to keep the unit from falling. Make sure the physical barrier is not a trip hazard.
- Only use as described in this manual. Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Please make sure your power supply voltage matches the power voltage marked on the Docking Station.
- Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are prohibited.
- Do not use without Dustbin and/or filters in place.
- Do not operate the vacuum in an area where there are lit candles or fragile objects on the floor to be cleaned.
- Do not use and store in extremely hot or cold environments (below -5°C / 23°F or above 40°C/104°F). Please charge the robot in temperature above 0°C/32°F and below 40°C/104°F.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from any openings and moving parts.
- Do not operate the Appliance in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.
- For INDOOR use ONLY. Do not use the Appliance in outdoor, commercial or industrial environments. Do not use Appliance on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water.
- Do not allow the Appliance to pick up large objects like stones, large pieces of paper or any item that may clog the Appliance.
- Do not use Appliance to pick up flammable or combustible materials such as gasoline, printer or copier toner, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not use Appliance to pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, hot ashes, or anything that could cause a fire.
- Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
- Take care not to damage the power cord. Do not pull on or carry the Appliance or Docking Station by the power cord, use the power cord as a handle, close a door on the power cord, or pull power cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run Appliance over the power cord. Keep power cord away from hot surfaces. Do not unplug by pulling on cord; to unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not use the Docking Station if it is damaged.
- Do not use the Appliance or Docking Station if it is not working properly, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or come in contact with water. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
- Turn OFF the power switch before cleaning or maintaining the Appliance. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
- The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintaining the Docking Station.
- Remove the Appliance from the Docking Station, and turn OFF the power switch to the Appliance before removing the battery for disposal of the Appliance.
- The battery must be removed and discarded according to local laws and regulations before disposal of the Appliance.
- Please dispose of used batteries according to local laws and regulations.
- Do not incinerate the Appliance even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire.
- When not using the Docking Station for a long period of time, please unplug it.
- The Appliance must be used in accordance with the directions in this Instruction Manual. Our company cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper use.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.
- When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C may cause explosion. The temperature of 130°C can be replaced by the temperature of 265°F.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack (as applicable) except as indicated in the instructions for use and care. Place the cords from other appliances out of the area to be cleaned.

- Do not operate the vacuum in a room that has lit candles on furniture that the vacuum may accidentally hit or bump into.
- Do not allow children to sit on the vacuum.
- Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack. Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- The robot contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons. To replace the robot's battery, please contact Customer Service.
- If the robot will not be used for a long time, fully charge the robot and power OFF for storage and unplug the Docking Station.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Interference Statement

1. Package Contents
1.1 Package Contents
The package includes the following items:
- Robot: The main cleaning unit.
- Dustbin & Water Tank: A combined unit for collecting dust and holding water for mopping.
- Docking Station & Power Adapter: The base for charging the robot and the power supply unit.
- Cleaning Cloth Plate & Cleaning Cloth: A plate to attach a cleaning cloth for mopping.
- Remote Control with Batteries: A device to manually control the robot.
- High Efficiency Filter: An additional filter for improved air quality.
- Side Brushes & Boundary Strip: Small brushes that attach to the robot for edge cleaning, and a strip to define no-go zones.
- Instruction Manual: This document.

1.2 Product Diagram
Robot (Top View):
The top of the robot features a Spot Clean Mode Button, Start/Pause Button, Return to Charge Dock Button, a Wi-Fi indicator, and Infrared Anti-Collision Sensors. It also has a Dustbin Release Button and an Anti-Collision strip.
Robot (Bottom View):
The underside of the robot includes a Universal Wheel, Side Brushes, Anti-Drop Sensors, Driving Wheels, Charging Contacts, Anti-Drop Sensor, Roller Brush, and the integrated Dustbin & Water Tank (2-in-1).
Power Switch:
Located on the robot, labeled I=ON and O=OFF.
Components Overview
Docking Station
The Docking Station includes a Power Indicator Light, a slot for the Multi-function Cleaning Tool, an Infrared Signal Emitter, Charging Contacts, and a Power Adapter Port.
Remote Control
The remote control features a display showing Clock icon, Appointment icon, Week display bar, Clock time display, Schedule time display, and Mode status display. It has buttons for AUTO Mode, Return to Charger Mode, Direction Control, START/PAUSE, Time Scheduling, Set Current Time, Programmed Cleaning Mode, Suction Power Adjustment, Edge Cleaning Mode, and Spot Cleaning Mode.
Dustbin & Water Tank (2-in-1)
This unit comprises the dustbin, water tank, cleaning cloth plate, cleaning cloth, filter net, filter sponge, and high efficiency filter (HEPA).
2. Operating and Programming
2.1 Notes Before Cleaning
- Tidy Up: Tidy up the area to be cleaned by putting furniture, such as chairs, in their proper place.
- Prevent Falls: It may be necessary to place a physical barrier at the edge of a drop to stop the unit from falling over the edge.
Preparation Tips:
- Clear Floor Obstacles: Put away objects including wires, clothes, and slippers, etc., on the floor to improve cleaning efficiency. [Icon showing wires, slippers, etc. crossed out]
- Rug Edges: Before using the product on a rug with tasseled edges, please fold the rug edges under. [Icon showing rug edge being folded]

2.2 Quick Start
- Remove Protective Materials: Remove any protective materials from the robot and docking station. [Diagram showing protective covers being removed]
- Install Side Brushes: Attach the side brushes to the underside of the robot. [Diagram showing side brushes being attached]
2.3 Charging Robot
- Docking Station Placement: Position the docking station against a wall with adequate clearance: at least 0.5m (1.64ft) on both sides and 1.5m (4.92ft) in front. Ensure the power adapter is connected to the station and plugged into a power outlet. [Diagram showing correct docking station placement]
- Power ON: Ensure the robot's power switch is set to 'ON' (I). The robot cannot be charged when powered OFF (O). [Diagram showing power switch ON]
- Charge Robot: Place the robot onto the docking station. The charging indicators will flash while charging and go out when fully charged. Charging typically takes 4-5 hours. [Diagram showing robot charging]
It is suggested to avoid picking up or moving the Robot during cleaning for it to return to charge successfully.
2.4 App Download
To enjoy all available features, it is recommended to control your Robot via the Lefant App.
Before you start, make sure that:
- Your mobile phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- The 2.4GHz band wireless signal is enabled on your router.
Download and Install App:
- Method 1: Scan the QR code provided on the product or packaging to download and install the App according to the prompts. [Image description: QR code for app download]

Add device & Pair the network through the app:
- Open the "Lefant" APP and log in (new users need to register first).
- Select "Add device" on the home page.
- Then pair the network following the detailed instructions in the app.
Notes:
- This device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi).
- This product supports two different network pairing modes: EZ (Quick Connection) and AP (Access Point).
- If you experience network pairing failure, please restart the robot and start over again. Or try the other network pairing method instead.
2.5 Selecting Cleaning Mode
During the first cleaning, please supervise the Robot and assist if there is a problem.
- Auto Cleaning Mode: The robot will clean in a Random Cleaning Pattern, designed for carpet cleaning by default. [Diagram showing robot cleaning in a random pattern]
- Programmed Cleaning Mode: The robot will clean in a Programmed Cleaning Pattern optimized for hard floors. [Diagram showing robot cleaning in a systematic back-and-forth pattern]
- Spot Cleaning Mode (Less than 3 minutes): The robot cleans a concentrated area in a spiral pattern. [Diagram showing robot cleaning in a spiral pattern]
- Edge Cleaning Mode: The robot cleans along the edges of the room. [Diagram showing robot cleaning along walls]
- Return to Charging Dock: The robot navigates back to its docking station. [Diagram showing robot returning to dock]
- Start/Pause: The robot's Control Panel stops glowing after a few minutes of pause. Press the Start/Pause Button on the robot to wake it up. [Diagram showing hand pressing start/pause button on robot]
- Suction power control: Use the suction power button on the remote control to adjust the suction power of the robot. There are three levels: L (Low), M (Medium), H (High). The default level is Medium. [Diagram showing remote control buttons for suction power]
- Power OFF: Turn the power switch to 'O' (OFF). [Diagram showing robot power switch in OFF position]
If the Robot will not be used for a while, fully charge the Robot and power OFF before storage. Charge the Robot every 1.5 months to prevent battery drain.
When the Robot is not cleaning, it is recommended to keep the Robot powered ON and charging.
2.6 Schedule Setting
The robot has a Time Scheduling function, allowing it to clean automatically at a specific time using the Remote Control, even when nobody is at home. The current time of day and cleaning times are scheduled using the Remote Control. The remote control operates on a 24-hour system.
Important Notes for Scheduling:
- Before setting the current time and cleaning schedule, ensure the Start/Pause button is always on (blue) and the robot is awake.
- If the robot does not wake up, press the Start/Pause button on the robot or remote control to wake it up.
- Remote control scheduling settings are independent of APP scheduling settings.
- Scheduling settings on the APP will not affect the remote control time and scheduling settings.
Set the Current Time of Day:
Press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Mode' or 'Time'] button; the icon and week column area on the remote control screen will flash. Use the directional buttons (▲/▼) to switch between "hour", "minute", and "day of the week". Use the adjustment buttons (▲/▼) to set the "hour" and "minute". After setting the time, press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Start/Pause'] button to save. The robot will give a "beep" sound, and the current time is set successfully.
If you do not press the save button within 10 seconds, the setting will be automatically exited without saving.
Note: Adjust the hour by pressing ▲/▼ buttons (+1/-1 hour). Adjust the minutes by pressing ▲/▼ buttons (+5/-1 minute). English abbreviations for days: MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN.
Schedule the Cleaning Time using Remote Control:
Follow similar steps as setting the current time, but select the desired cleaning time and day. After adjusting the scheduled cleaning time, align the remote control with the robot and press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Start/Pause'] button to save. The robot will confirm with a "beep" sound. The robot will then proceed to the next scheduled cleaning time setting. After configuration is complete, press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Mode'] button to exit setup.
Cancel Scheduled Cleaning Time:
- Cancel a specific scheduled cleaning time: Press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Schedule'] button, set the time to 00:00. When the minute digit flashes, press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Down Arrow'] button to change to '--:--', then press the [Button Description: e.g., 'Start/Pause'] button to cancel the scheduled cleaning time for that day. The robot will give a "beep" sound.
- Cancel all scheduled cleaning times: Press and hold the [Button Description: e.g., 'Schedule'] button for 3 seconds. The schedule icon will disappear, and the display will show '--:--'. The robot will give a "beep" sound, canceling the scheduled cleaning function.
When the robot is powered off or the remote control battery is removed, you need to reset the current time and scheduled cleaning time settings.
2.7 Mopping function
Tips:
- To extend the life of the water tank, use purified or softened water.
- Do not use the mopping function on carpets.
- Empty the water tank immediately after finishing mopping.
- When mopping, fold up carpet edges to avoid contaminating the carpet with mop debris.
- During cleaning, monitor the water level and add water or clean the tank components as needed.

- Step 3: Stick the Cleaning Cloth onto the Cleaning Cloth Plate. [Diagram showing cloth being attached to plate]
- Step 4: Insert the Dustbin & Water Tank into its slot. [Diagram showing dustbin/tank being inserted]
- Step 5: Align the center of the Cleaning Cloth Plate with the bottom of the Dustbin & Water Tank and push until it clicks. [Diagram showing plate alignment and attachment]

Note: The Robot will start cleaning in Programmed Cleaning Mode optimized for hard floors when the cleaning cloth plate is installed.
2.8 Use the Boundary Strip
With the Boundary Strip, you can keep the Robot away from any area or item you do not want it to clean. The Robot will recognize the Boundary Strip and will not cross into the blocked-off area.
- Identify Area: Identify the area or item you do not want the Robot to get close to.
- Cut Strip (Optional): If necessary, use scissors to cut the Boundary Strip to a shorter length. Ensure correct measurement before cutting. [Diagram showing scissors cutting a strip]
- Apply Strip: Apply the supplied strips of adhesive tape to lay the Boundary Strip flat on the floor. Make sure the strip is placed FLAT on the floor or under an area rug. [Diagram showing strip being applied with tape]
Notes:
- If the Boundary Strip is rolled up, remove and re-apply it with adhesive tape; otherwise, it may not work well.
- Ensure the Boundary Strip is placed on the same surface plane as the Robot.
- Be careful not to damage the floor when using adhesive tape. It is not recommended for use on carpets.
- Keep the Boundary Strip away from objects that emit excessive heat.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Regular Maintenance
To keep the Robot running at peak performance, perform maintenance tasks and replace parts as recommended:

Before performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, turn the robot OFF and unplug the Docking Station.
A multi-function Cleaning Tool is provided for easy maintenance. Handle with care, as this tool has sharp edges.
Note: We manufacture various replacement parts and fittings. Please contact Customer Service for more information on replacement parts.
3.2 Dustbin & Water Tank Maintenance
- Step 1: Remove the dustbin and water tank assembly from the robot. [Diagram showing dustbin removal]

- Step 3: Separate the dustbin from the water tank. [Diagram showing separation]
- Step 4: Clean the dustbin and filter. [Diagram showing cleaning with brush]
- Step 5: Clean the High Efficiency Filter by gently tapping it to remove dust. Do not wash with water. [Diagram showing filter tapping]

- Step 7: Reassemble and reinsert the dustbin and water tank. [Diagram showing reassembly]
Tips: Empty the water in the Water Tank after mopping is finished.
3.3 Direct Suction Option and Side Brushes
- Direct Suction Option: Remove the roller brush assembly to switch to direct suction mode, which is ideal for picking up hair without tangling. [Diagram showing roller brush removal]
- Side Brushes: Clean or replace the side brushes as needed. Ensure they are properly attached. [Diagram showing side brush cleaning/attachment]
3.4 Other Components
Periodically check and clean other components such as sensors, charging contacts, and wheels to ensure optimal performance. [Diagrams showing cleaning of sensors, contacts, and wheels]
4. Indicator Light
The robot uses indicator lights to display its status:

5. Troubleshooting
Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions:

Switch ON Robot. Be sure that the robot's Charging Contacts have connected to the Docking Station Pins. Check if the Charging Contacts of the Docking Station or Robot are contaminated. Clean the parts according to measures described in the section "Maintenance". Make sure the Docking Station is connected to the power supply. It is recommended to use the device on a regular basis. If it is not in use for a long period of time and cannot be charged, please contact Customer Service personnel. |

5.2 Wi-Fi Connection
Before Wi-Fi setup, ensure the Robot, mobile phone, and Wi-Fi network meet the following requirements:
Robot and Mobile Phone Requirements:
- Robot is fully charged and the power switch of Robot is turned on.
- Robot is ready for network setup.
- Turn off mobile phone's cellular data (you can turn it back on after setup).
Wi-Fi Network Requirement:
- You are using a 2.4GHz or 2.4/5 GHz mixed network.
- Your router supports 802.11b/g/n and IPv4 protocol.
- Do not use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Proxy Server.
- Do not use a hidden network.
- Use WPA and WPA2 with TKIP, PSK, AES/CCMP encryption.
- WEP EAP (Enterprise Authentication Protocol) is not supported.
- Use Wi-Fi channels 1-11 in North America and channels 1-13 outside North America (refer to local regulatory agency).
- If you are using a network extender/repeater, the network name (SSID) and password must be the same as your primary network.

When returning this device, carefully pack the product to avoid damage in shipping. Damage in shipping is not covered by the Warranty and shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. - Accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly of the product.
- Any failure to adequately package the Product for transportation.
- Use of parts not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by our company.
- Use in a commercial environment, as the Product is designed for residential use only.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Any product(s) purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers.
- Products used outside the country of purchase.
- Lost and/or stolen products.
