Drill bits: Ø 5/16" (8 mm), Ø 1/8" (3 mm)

Main cabinet panels (sides, top, bottom, back)
Drawer components (sides, front, back, bottom)
Drawer slides (4 pairs)
Wooden dowels (various quantities)
Screws (various types and quantities)
Cam locks and pins
Wall anchoring kit (screws, plugs, brackets)
Special tool (e.g., wrench-like tool)

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels

Attach the drawer slides to the inner sides of the main cabinet panels using screws (e.g., 100347, 10127303).

Step 2: Assemble Main Frame Base

Connect the base panel to the side panels using dowels and securing mechanisms like screws (e.g., 10040201) and cam locks.

Step 3: Attach Side Panels

Connect the side panels to the base panel using dowels and securing mechanisms.

Step 4: Attach Remaining Side Panel

Attach the second side panel to the base and previously attached side panel.

Step 5: Attach Support Panel

Secure a support panel using screws and brackets.

Step 6: Attach Drawer Slides to Other Side Panels

Attach the corresponding drawer slides to the other set of side panels.

Step 7: Prepare Drawer Sides

Insert wooden dowels (e.g., 10038707) into the pre-drilled holes on the drawer side panels.

Step 8: Prepare Drawer Bottoms

Insert wooden dowels (e.g., 10038707) into the pre-drilled holes on the drawer bottom panels.

Step 9: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Connect the drawer sides and bottoms using the inserted dowels and securing mechanisms.

Step 10: Attach Drawer Fronts

Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 11: Secure Drawer Fronts

Use screws (e.g., 145718, 119030) to firmly attach the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes.

Step 12: Secure Drawer Fronts (Continued)

Continue securing drawer fronts with the appropriate fasteners.

Step 13: Install Drawer Slides into Frame

Slide the assembled drawer slides into the corresponding tracks within the main cabinet frame.

Step 14: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets

Attach the wall mounting brackets to the top rear of the assembled cabinet using screws.

Step 15: Insert Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the rear of the cabinet.

Step 16: Wall Anchoring

Secure the furniture to the wall using the provided tipover restraint kit. Follow the instructions for your wall type:

Type A (Solid Wall): Use Ø 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit, secure with screws (approx. 2 3/4" / 70 mm).
Type B (Hollow Wall): Use Ø 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit, insert wall plugs, secure with screws (approx. 1 1/4" / 30 mm).
Type C (Solid Wood): Use Ø 1/8" (3 mm) drill bit, secure with screws directly (without plugs).

If unsure, seek professional advice.

Step 17: Final Wall Bracket Attachment

Connect the wall bracket attached to the furniture to the wall anchor using the provided hardware.

Step 18: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Assemble the drawer boxes by connecting the sides and bottoms.

Step 19: Attach Drawer Sides

Attach the drawer sides to the drawer front/back panels.

Step 20: Attach Drawer Fronts

Secure the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes.

Step 21: Attach Drawer Fronts (Continued)

Complete the attachment of drawer fronts.

Step 22: Insert Drawer Slides into Frame

Slide the drawer slides into the cabinet frame.

Step 23: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the cabinet. Listen for a "Click!" to confirm proper seating. ?

Step 24: Insert Drawers

Insert the remaining drawers into their respective positions.

Step 25: Insert Drawers

Continue inserting drawers.

Step 26: Insert Drawers

Insert the final drawers.

Step 27: Final Check

Ensure all drawers are properly installed and the unit is stable.
