Temperature Rise Range Chart

The chart displays the relationship between BTU Output and Temperature Rise. Formulas provided are:

  • BTU/h Output = CFM x 1.08 x Rise
  • Rise = BTU/h Output / (CFM x 1.08)

The chart uses Output BTU/h x 1,000 on the x-axis and Temperature Rise on the y-axis, with lines indicating various CFM values (600-2400 CFM).

Wiring Diagram

The wiring diagram illustrates the electrical connections for the furnace. Key components include:

  • High Voltage (115 VAC): Line, Neutral, Ground connections to the unit.
  • Low Voltage (24 VAC): Transformer, thermostat connections, humidifier, integrated control module, gas valve, blower motor, igniter, limit controls, pressure switches, flame sensor.
  • Integrated Control Module: Features a diagnostic LED with various flash codes indicating system status (e.g., normal operation, lockout, pressure switch issues, limit failures, flame sensing issues).
  • Components: 24 VAC Transformer, Integrated Control Module, Circulator Blower, Induced Draft Blower, Gas Valve, Hot Surface Igniter, Flame Sensor, Limit Controls (Primary, Rollout), Pressure Switches, Humidifier connection, Electronic Air Cleaner connection.
  • Warnings: Emphasize disconnecting power before servicing and ensuring proper polarization and grounding.
  • Color Codes: A legend lists wire color codes (e.g., RD-Red, WH-White, BK-Black, etc.).
