This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the EPIC ES-L200 and ES-L200C intelligent smart lockers.
Product Components
This manual covers both number-only (ES-L200) and card-applied (ES-L200C) models.
Outer Body Components:
- Number Pad: For entering PIN codes.
- Handle: For operating the lock mechanism.
- Battery Cover: Houses the batteries.
- Registration Button [R]: Used for various settings and registrations.
Inner Body Components:
- Card Sensor: For reading smart cards (on ES-L200C models).
- Door Open Lamp: Indicates the door is open.
- Door Close Lamp: Indicates the door is closed.
- Low Battery Lamp: Alerts when batteries are low.
- Deadbolt Sensor: Detects the deadbolt position.
Accessories and Installation:
- Striker: Mounts on the door frame to receive the deadbolt.
- Fixing Bracket: Secures the lock mechanism.
- Emergency Key: For manual override access.
- Batteries: 1.5V AA Alkaline (3EA required).
- External Power: USB Type-C connector for emergency power.
Note: The product is designed for locker doors with a thickness of 18-20mm. For thinner doors or optional products, contact customer service.
Before Using the Product
This user manual is designed to help customers use the product more conveniently and safely. Please read it completely before using the product. This product is an exclusive model for lockers and should not be installed on regular doors.
Safety Usage of the Product:
- The initial password is 1234. Change it before use.
- Use only the provided smart cards for card-applied models. Using other cards may cause security issues and void warranty.
- The design and contents are subject to change for improvement without prior notice.
- Do not spray directly with water or clean with chemicals like benzene, thinner, or alcohol.
- Do not install outdoors.
- Do not disassemble or reassemble the product yourself.
- Avoid applying excessive shock with tools.
- Manage PIN numbers, smart cards, and emergency keys carefully.
User Mode Settings
The product operates in two modes:
- One-Time Usage Mode: Suitable for shared lockers where multiple users access sequentially. The last entered PIN is active.
- Personal Usage Mode: For individual lockers used by a specific person for a period.
Default setting upon purchase is One-Time Usage Mode. Change the mode according to your usage environment.
Registering and Deleting User PINs
PINs can be registered or deleted while the door is open.
Personal Usage Mode PIN Registration:
Register PINs between 4 to 12 digits.
Note: Set the User Mode first. Re-registering a PIN deletes the old one.
Steps:
- Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the PIN to be registered.
- Press [R].
- Enter the Master PIN (if registered) or follow on-screen prompts.
One-Time Usage Mode PIN Registration:
Only 4-digit PINs can be registered.
Steps:
- Close the door.
- Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the 4-digit PIN to be registered.
- Press [R]. The door locks, and the old PIN is deleted.
One-Time Usage Mode PIN Deletion:
Steps:
- Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the registered PIN.
- Press [R] when authentication is successful. The PIN is deleted.
Using PINs
One-Time Usage Mode:
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the registered PIN.
- Press [R]. The door unlocks.
Note: In One-Time Usage Mode, closing the door and entering a new PIN locks the door and deletes the previous PIN.
Personal Usage Mode:
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the registered PIN.
- Press [R]. The door unlocks.
User Smart Card Registration and Deletion
Up to 15 smart cards can be registered in Personal Usage Mode.
Note: Additional registrations are only possible in Personal Mode. Register cards consecutively.
Personal Mode Card Registration:
Steps:
- Place the card to be registered on the Card Sensor.
- Press [R].
- Enter the Master PIN (if registered) or follow prompts.
Personal Mode Card Deletion:
Steps:
- Place the registered card to be deleted on the Card Sensor.
- Press [R].
- Enter the Master PIN (if registered) or follow prompts.
One-Time Card Registration:
Steps:
- Close the door.
- Place the card to be registered on the Card Sensor.
- Press [R]. The door locks, and the previously registered card is deleted.
Note: Additional registration of single-use cards is not possible. The new card automatically deletes the old one. This is not a one-time password.
Card Usage [One-Time/Personal]
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Place the registered card on the Card Sensor.
- The door unlocks upon successful authentication.
Master PIN Number Registration
This can be set regardless of the usage mode. Only 4 digits for One-Time Mode, 4-12 digits for Personal Mode.
If Master PIN is Not Registered:
Steps:
- Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the Master PIN to be registered.
- Press [R].
If Master PIN is Registered:
To Register/Change:
- Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the current Master PIN.
- Press [R].
- Enter the new Master PIN to be registered.
- Press [R].
Master PIN Number Usage
One-Time Usage:
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the registered Master PIN.
- Press [R]. The door unlocks.
Personal Usage:
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Touch the Number Pad.
- Enter the registered Master PIN.
- Press [R]. The door unlocks.
Master Card Registration
Up to 5 master cards can be registered.
If Master PIN is Not Registered:
Steps:
- Place the Master Card to be registered on the Card Sensor.
- Press [R].
If Master PIN is Registered:
Steps:
- Enter the Master PIN.
- Press [R].
- Place the Master Card to be registered on the Card Sensor.
- Press [R].
Master Card Usage [One-Time/Personal]
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Place the registered Master Card on the Card Sensor.
- The door unlocks upon successful authentication.
Master Emergency Key Registration
Up to 3 master emergency keys can be registered.
If Master PIN is Not Registered:
Steps:
- Connect the Emergency Key to the external power connector.
- Press [R] until the registration sound is heard.
- Separate the Emergency Key.
If Master PIN is Registered:
Steps:
- Enter the Master PIN.
- Press [R].
- Connect the Emergency Key to the external power connector.
- Press [R] until the registration sound is heard.
- Separate the Emergency Key.
Emergency Key Usage [One-Time/Personal]
To Unlock:
- Locked Door: Insert the registered Emergency Key into the external power connector.
- The door unlocks.
Note: The Emergency Key also serves as an external power connector.
Master PIN, Card, Emergency Key Deletion
Deletion can be performed while the door is open.
If Master PIN is Not Registered:
Steps:
- Press [R].
- Enter the deletion code: 5 for Master PIN, 8 for Emergency Key, 9 for Master Card.
- Press [R].
If Master PIN is Registered:
Steps:
- Enter the Master PIN.
- Press [R].
- Enter the deletion code: 5 for Master PIN, 8 for Emergency Key, 9 for Master Card.
- Press [R].

Service Charges & Exclusions:
If a claim is not due to a product defect, a service fee will apply. Always check the user manual before requesting service.
Service may not be possible if repair is not feasible.
Service charges apply for:
- Reinstallation due to installation problems (not product malfunction).
- Damage due to loss of PIN number or card.
- Malfunction due to consumer negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized repair/modification.
- Malfunction due to installation or repair by non-professionals.
- Malfunction due to incorrect electrical capacity usage.
- Damage from dropping the product after installation.
- Malfunction due to use of non-specified consumables or options.
- Malfunction due to natural disasters (lightning, fire, salt damage, water damage).
- Use with unstable power sources.
- Expiration of consumable parts life (e.g., batteries).
Troubleshooting / Applying for A/S Claim
Issue: No Power
- Check battery connection.
- Check if battery replacement period has passed.
- Ensure cables are not pulled or pressed during installation.
Issue: Registered PIN or Card Not Recognized
- Ensure cables are not pulled or pressed during installation.
- Verify the card is compatible with the model.
- Check if the battery replacement period has passed.
Issue: Door Does Not Lock
- Check if the door is jammed.
- Ensure the installed striker is in good condition.
Emergency Power:
A power bank can be supplied through the USB Type-C connector. Replace batteries immediately after using emergency power.
Product Additional Settings
Automatic Lock Mode Setting:

Note: Manual mode requires closing the door and touching the Number Pad to lock.
Sound Setting:
Set via Number Pad: Enter [Code] 0 [R]

- 0: Volume Mute
- 1: Volume Low
- 2: Volume High
These settings apply to alert and warning sounds.
Low Battery Warning Notification:
A warning sound occurs when operating voltage drops below 3.5V (±0.3V). Replace batteries immediately.
Door Closing Notification:
- Turn On: Set via Number Pad: Enter

Note: This setting is available in One-Time Usage Mode. When enabled and the door is locked, the red LED blinks every 2 seconds to indicate locker status (in use/available).
Anti-Intrusion and Anti-Prank Alarm:
An alarm sounds if the door is not opened normally or if incorrect PINs/cards are entered repeatedly (operation stops for 30 seconds after 10 incorrect attempts).
Cancelling Alarms:
Cancel the alarm sound using a registered PIN, card, or by resetting the power.
Internal Accident Prevention:
Open the battery cover and press and hold the registration [R] button for 2 seconds to open the door from the inside.
