Safety

• Read manual carefully before usage.
• The AquaVac is only suitable for vacuuming and emptying aquariums and aquarium water and should never be used for flammable or chemical liquids or other applications.
• The upper part of the AquaVac may not be immersed; see the water level marking on the AquaVac.
• Should the AquaVac be immersed accidentally, remove the batteries immediately and allow the device to dry completely.
• Damage caused by immersion is not covered by the guarantee.
• Take care not to spill water next to the aquarium when using the pump function of the AquaVac.
• Ensure that the AquaVac is always held above the aquarium when using the AquaVac's vacuum function, to ensure that water does not spill next to the aquarium.

Usage

• Screw the cap of the AquaVac open and place two C LR14 size batteries (not included) with the positive end down.
• For use in a Nano aquarium, place the Gravel cleaner with the transparent connector on the top part. For larger aquariums, use the telescope tube. Depending on the depth of your aquarium, use a long or short tube.
• With the screw on the telescopic tube, you can fix the tube to the correct length.
• Place the filter bag or connect the hose to the outlet, depending on the work you want to carry out in the aquarium: cleaning or emptying.
• Important: The AquaVac will not work properly if it is not submerged far enough; the water level marking indicates the correct depth.
• With the on/off switch on top of the device, you can operate the AquaVac.

Maintenance

• The filter bag must be cleaned properly with tap water after each use.
• Remove the batteries from the AquaVac if you do not use it for a long period of time to prevent battery discharge and damage.

Recycle Information

This symbol indicates that this product (if it is discarded) may not be disposed of with normal household waste. Instead, it must be handed in at an official collection centre (e.g. HWRC) or can be returned to the dealer when purchasing a similar new product. Follow the applicable rules in your country for the separate collection of electrical and electronic products. Separate collection and recycling are better for the environment, public health, and reduce waste.

Warranty Conditions

2 years manufacturer's warranty on materials and construction defects. Devices must be returned complete with all components, accompanied by an official proof of purchase confirming a purchase date for any warranty claims. Incomplete devices of which parts are missing, and devices without proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty. After receiving and checking, SuperFish will determine whether the device will be repaired or replaced. For a device repaired or replaced under warranty, the remaining time of the original warranty period applies. Carefully read the instructions on use and maintenance. Damage due to incorrect use, damage due to contamination or not cleaning the device are not covered by the warranty. Always keep the proof of purchase; without proof of purchase, the warranty will be void!
