BULK OIL LOV WIRING
The wiring diagram illustrates the BULK OIL LOV WIRING. It shows connections between the CONTROL LINE (ADD PUMP), SENSE LINE (WASTE FULL), a HIRSCHMANN CONNECTION ON THE REAR OF FRYER (labeled 1-4), a GRAY 5-CONDUCTOR CABLE (with RED, GREEN, BLACK, WHITE wires), and the MIB J6 connector (pins 1-8). The CONTROL LINE (ADD PUMP) connects to MIB J6 pin 2. The SENSE LINE (WASTE FULL) connects to MIB J6 pin 8. The HIRSCHMANN connector pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 connect to MIB J6 pins 3, 4, 1, and 2, respectively. The GRAY CABLE wires are connected as follows: RED to PIN 1, GREEN to PIN 2, BLACK to PIN 3, and WHITE to PIN 4. The diagram also specifies two test procedures: 1) Testing between MIB J6 pins 1 & 4 (RED & WHITE) should read 24VAC when the waste tank is full and 0 VAC when it is not full. 2) Testing between MIB J6 pins 2 & 8 (GREEN & RED) should read 24VAC when the bulk waste tank is full and 0 VAC when it is not full.
