Samsung TL220 Power Button Replacement

Step 1: Power Button Disassembly

Check for debris and dust around the power button to ensure it is clean.
If the area is clean, begin by unscrewing the seven 4 mm Philips screws located on the outer shell using a Philips screwdriver.
Carefully pry open the back casing using a plastic opening tool.
Step 2: Removing the LCD Screen and Back Panel Screws
The back panel of the camera is exposed after removing the casing. Three 4 mm Philips screws are visible and are being removed with a Philips screwdriver.
With the back casing removed, gently detach the LCD screen from the camera.
Next, unscrew the three 4 mm Philips screws on the back panel using the same Philips screwdriver.
Step 3: Disconnecting Film Strips

A pair of tweezers is used to carefully lift and remove three orange copper film strips from the circuit board.
Unclip the four connectors that secure the orange copper film strips using the plastic opening tool.
Carefully pull out the three film strips using tweezers.
Step 4: Removing Top Frame Screw
A Philips screwdriver is shown removing a 4 mm Philips screw located above a central film strip on the circuit board. This screw secures the top frame.
Remove the 4 mm Philips screw situated above the center film strip with the Philips screwdriver. This action will loosen the top frame, allowing it to be removed.
Step 5: Releasing the Main Plate
A blue plastic opening tool is used to pull back a black plastic claw located on the bottom right of the camera's internal structure. This claw secures the main plate.

Step 6: Accessing the Power Button
Hands are carefully lifting the top frame of the camera to reveal the power button assembly underneath.
Slowly lift the top frame of the camera with your fingers to access the power button.
Step 7: Replacing the Power Button

Replace the power button with a new one.
Reassembly
