Outsunny 01-0153 Gazebo Assembly Instructions
This manual provides essential information for the safe and correct assembly of your Outsunny Gazebo. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly. If you have any questions, please refer to the contact details provided.
Important Safety Notice
The product is NOT intended for the following:
- As a safety barrier to prevent unsupervised access to pools, hot tubs, spas, or ponds.
- As load-bearing support for buildings, structures, heavy objects, or swings.
- As part of a structure that traps wind, rain, or snow, which would create extra load on the product.
Important Precautions:
- Accumulated snow must be removed from the roof.
- DO NOT climb or walk on the roof for any reason.
- Wear gloves to avoid injury from possible sharp edges of individual elements before assembly.
- During installation, follow all safety warnings provided with your tools.
- Some structures may require two or more people to install safely.
- Check for underground utilities before digging or driving stakes into the ground!
- It is important during assembly to closely follow the instructions, complete the assembly on a solid, level surface, and follow the instructions to square up, level, and anchor the structure. This will reduce the gap at connections during assembly.
- Do not place or install your tent under trees due to possible lightning strikes or branch fall in adverse weather conditions.
- For best performance in strong winds, position the narrow end of the tent into the wind.
- Do not drop the tent bag.
- Do not bounce or hit the tent bag to remove contents, as these actions could damage the frame.
- This product requires a minimum of two people for assembly.
- Under no circumstances should this product be used to cover automobiles, marine vehicles, or similar items.
- CAUTION: Be careful not to pinch your fingers during assembly and disassembly of the tent when joining the frame parts.

NOTE: Do not confuse similar screws.
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your gazebo:
STEP 1
Connect parts A and B using part M. Ensure the connections are secure.
STEP 2
Attach parts C to the structure using screws L. Ensure the parts are aligned correctly.
STEP 3
Continue assembling the main frame by connecting parts A, B, and C using screws L. Ensure the structure is square and level.
STEP 4
Assemble the roof structure. Connect parts D, E, F, and J using screws K and part I. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.
STEP 5
Attach the roof structure to the main frame. Use parts G and D as shown in the diagram.
STEP 6
Attach the roof panels (parts E and D) to the roof structure. Secure with appropriate hardware.
STEP 7
Install the canopy (part N) and the top cover (part O). Secure the canopy using fasteners P.
STEP 8
Attach the mesh curtains (part Q) to the frame using the provided clips C.
