Assembly Preparation

Before starting construction, consult local building codes regarding footings, location, and other requirements. Study this manual for important information and helpful tips.

Site Requirements:

• The site must be prepared with a level base all around. Use a spirit level for verification.
• The base can be constructed from treated timber or concrete to prevent moisture ingress. The shed is not designed for direct lawn placement, as the ground can become muddy.
• If using a concrete pad, ensure it slopes towards the edges to prevent water ingress. Allow adequate drying time for concrete or cement before building.
• Alternative bases include bricks or blocks mounted on a concrete pad. Ensure bricks/blocks are cemented onto firm, level footings.

Parts & Hardware Identification:

Before starting, separate and identify all parts and hardware against the Parts List to ensure you have everything necessary. Do not attempt assembly if parts are missing, as a partially assembled building can be damaged by wind.

Safety First ❗

1. Select a dry and calm day for assembly. Teamwork (two or more people) is required.
2. Wear safety gloves ?, eye protection ?, and long sleeves to prevent injury. Be aware of sharp edges on some parts.
3. Keep children and pets away from the construction site.
4. Never concentrate your total weight on the roof. Ensure ladders are used safely.

Care & Maintenance

1. Keep the shed clean with a soft cloth and water if necessary.
2. Ensure door tracks are free of dirt and debris to allow easy sliding.
3. Clear snow with necessary tools to ensure safe entry. Heavy snow can cause collapse.
4. This shed is designed for storage only, not for living.

Assembly Steps

Step 01

Step 02

Connect parts 2L and 2R to part 1 using screws F1. [Diagram shows frame assembly with horizontal beams.]

Step 03

Assemble the base frame using parts 3L and 3R, securing with screws F1. [Diagram shows the base frame being constructed.]

Step 04

Attach part 5 to the assembled frame using screws F1. [Diagram shows a U-shaped beam being attached to the frame.]

Step 05

Ensure the floor frame is square and level by checking diagonal measurements. [Diagram shows measuring diagonals with a tape measure.]

Step 06

Attach wall panel P2 to the frame using screws F1 and S3, and washers S3. [Diagram shows panel P2 being attached to the base and frame.]

Step 07

Attach wall panel P3 to the frame using screws F1 and S3, and washers S3. [Diagram shows panel P3 being attached.]

Step 08

Attach wall panel P4 to the frame using screws F1 and S3, and washers S3. [Diagram shows panel P4 being attached.]

Attach wall panel P3 to the frame using screws F1 and S3, and washers S3. [Diagram shows panel P3 being attached.]

Step 10

Attach roof support parts 10L and 10R to the top of the side panels using screws F1. [Diagram shows horizontal roof supports being attached.]

Step 11

Attach part P3 to the structure using screws F1, S3, and washers S3. [Diagram shows a panel being secured.]

Step 12

Assemble the front header beam using parts 12L and 12R, securing with screws F2 and B1. [Diagram shows header beam assembly.]

Step 13

Attach door track parts 7 and 8 to the structure. [Diagram shows tracks being mounted.]

Step 14

Attach parts 6, 4L, and 4R to the structure using screws F2 and S3. [Diagram shows side and bottom structural elements being attached.]

Step 15

Attach parts 21L, 21R, 9, and 11 to the structure using screws F2 and S3. [Diagram shows corner and edge pieces being attached.]

Step 16

Attach roof panels P5 and P6 to the roof structure using screws F1 and S3. [Diagram shows roof panels being screwed down.]

Step 17

Attach roof ridge parts 15-1, 15-2, and 17 to the roof using screws F1 and GC. [Diagram shows ridge caps being installed.]

Step 18

Attach door hinges GB to doors D1 and D2 using screws F2. [Diagram shows hinges being attached to doors.]

Step 19

Attach door assembly (D1&D2) to the shed frame using parts 18, screws F1, F2, S3. [Diagram shows doors being hung.]

Step 20

Attach door handles GD to doors D1 and D2 using screws F2. [Diagram shows handles being attached.]
